Disappointed complimentary breakfast not offered as advertised. Maintenance staff responded immediately to address slow draining sink. Front desk staff accommodated our request for room change due to unable to close darkening drapes in first assigned. Front desk staff very professional and attentive to guest needs.

The one-night stay was enjoyable and there were no guestroom issues. The beds were very comfortable, and the property was clean and noise-free. The location was excellent.

However, having only one small bar of bath soap for two people to share did not sit well with me. Thankfully the housekeeping attendant was a couple of doors down the hall and gladly provided an additional bar of soap.

Location was clean and all staff members were very polite and helpful… front desk clerks and housekeepers.

Needs complimentary breakfast, and the courtyard was one of the reason hotel was picked and the fire pits wasn’t working. Can’t charge full price if all things offered in price are not available.No in room microwave.

The location is perfect and the security around the building was excellent

The bed was too soft, also would like breakfast to have more options, also need more than one elevator

I purchased a "with breakfast" option on Booking and it WAS NOT available at the hotel. They have a small cafe where they sell breakfast food and Starbucks coffee. The manager said they have communicated this to Booking but guests are still able to select this option. The hotel could not/would not adjust the bill since I booked through a 3rd party.

The location was great and the amenities offered were excellent. There was a party going on in the room next to us after 12 at night. I called the front office and they handled it immediately. The staff was very nice.

The beds had stains on them as far as the covers and actual beds. Whoever made the bed put the protector on inside out. The shower curtain was extremely dirty.

The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Snacks and small meals at the front were nice too.

The $100 deposit was a surprise. Never saw that anywhere on the reservation page.. Not being able to pay with cash is also inconvenient.

The room was comfortable. They had good channels to watch on tv. I enjoyed the fact they had a refrigerator in there and the balcony was also a plus!

I wish they had more breakfast options. And the fact that the elevator is far away verses in the front lobby like most hotels.

Staff is always pleasant. Love being able to sit on the balcony.

Pool was too crowded in the morning. By the time we got in had to leave for cleaning. Glad it was being cleaned, but maybe could schedule appointments until the pandemic ends. Also, no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was pleasant. Impressed by the Starbucks in the lobby. Husband lost keys, someone found them and turned them in to front desk.
