Baymont by Wyndham Port Huron

All around was good.

That originally reserved room/with hot tub, they canceled that hot tub broke down,,,very disappointed in that. Couldn't make coffee in room. This is not a complaint but would be nice if breakfast didn't end at 9:00am for travelers that have traveled very far and need the extra sleep. I very much enjoyed my stay great rooms definitely will recommend and stay again. Great guy at Service Desk very accommodating and apologized several times about hot tub not working. Totally enjoyed my stay and I'll be back!!! Thank You to Guy at Service Desk and Staff!!

The breakfast was terrific and the 2 girls I met that work the breakfast area were exceptional. The breakfast area is kept spotless and well stocked. The cleaning staff were consistently helpful and courteous each day, supplying us with towels and coffee, etc. whenever we asked for them. The staff in general were welcoming and friendly.

Hotel was easy to find and the check-in process was quick. Our room was clean, along with the bathroom. Pool was nice and warm. Nice hotel for the price you pay.

I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but it looked like it was permanently closed. Also the heater in our room was turned off, so it was quite chilly. I also feel the breakfast selection could have been better, no bread for toast of even yogurts.

Updated facilities, clean, pleasant staff, decent breakfast, no weird smells, truck parking.

I didn’t like the bad reviews, horrible reviews from previous guests. They would have scared me away to another hotel, but this was the only one in the area with truck parking. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but I’m here to see the record straight because I didn’t think it was fair for sick a nice place to be neglected just because of a few bad reviews. I don’t know where the people were staying, but their comments don’t at all resemble my experience at this property.

Staff was very friendly. A little misunderstanding on room we had reserved but it was taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and nice to get up and have available. We were happy with our stay and will recommend for anyone coming that way

Had a problem with setting TV up but it was resolved

The staff was amazing through our entire stay. The hotel was very clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect. Breakfast was amazing- we will stay again. The room had a mini fridge and microwave as well.

The rooms smelled a little musty and of stale cigarette but I’m confident this comes from when smoking indoors was allowed and promoted. The toilet room is also very tiny.

I enjoyed the Jacuzzi in our executive king sweet. My boyfriend proposed to me so it was the perfect setting. A memory we will cherish forever in room 202

I didn't like that they only had 1 large towel for the room knowing there were 2 guests. Also, our check in was delayed over an hour when we even called and asked for an EARLY check in. Also the security deposit of $250 on top of the room fee is too steep.

Due to powerful storms in the area earlier in the day, the power was out when I arrived and it never came back on during my stay. The hotel staff did a fantastic job of dealing with this situation and made all the guests feel safe.

Just slightly removed from town(3 miles) which is perfect for nice relaxing quietness. Very clean, friendly staff and nice hot or cold breakfast in morning. Will definitely stay here again.

We didn’t find anything that was not to our liking.

The room was AMAZING. Large room with cedar ceilings, hot tub, small balcony up the room overlooking the indoor pool was a nice touch. The bed was large and very comfortable with great pillows and sheets.
