Comfort Inn & Suites - Jackson

The hotel was clean. The pool and hot tub area was clean . Most of the staff were friendly. The location was close to places to eat and shop.

The third shift staff did not keep the noise level down. There were about 3 rooms around us that were being very loud until about 3:30am. They were playing loud music, talking and laughing loud, children running up and down the hallway banging on doors. Nothing was done about it. But as I was getting ready for the day at 8:30 am, I was playing music in my room from a small Bluetooth speaker, and I got a call from the front desk telling me to turn my music down as they could here it in the lobby. I severely doubt that since we were a distance from the lobby. I was not happy since it was during daytime hours and my boyfriend did not get any sleep the night before because of all the noise.

The property had adequate parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very roomy so the kids didn’t feel cramped. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths without having to ask for additional ones. The breakfast was very good and filling. The pool area was clean and the restroom was in the area so no risk of falling to walk to rest room. I love the kitchenette area and nice size closet. I love the handle in the shower to prevent a slip and fall.

Didn’t have the shampoo conditioner and bod wash mounted in shower. The little amenities bottles went fast. A little mold in shower around the handle.

Bed was comfortable pillows were okay. Room was clean, bathroom as well.

Did not like the towels, thin and not soft. Had to ask for clean towels on second night. I do not reuse a bath towel at home and would not do this staying in a motel. Paying $466.71 for a room in Jackson for 4 nights seemed high, but had stayed there before, so I knew it was clean, just expected better towels and service for a longer stay.

It was super clean, that’s always what’s most important to me. The location was great, if you stay here, which you should, go to the One North restaurant right down the street, it’s great!

The only thing I can say is the bed was a little too stiff for me, but honestly I didn’t even care because everything else was great.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast bar included fresh eggs and bacon or sausage as well as other standard breakfast bar offerings. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature.

Location was easy to find.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom needs work. The grout on the hand-bar is growing ugly mold on the grout. It needs cleaning. The base of the bathroom vanity is scuffed up, or maybe scraped at one time and the job has gone unfinished. I don’t think those splinters would feel good in one’s foot. Also, it just looks bad and uncared for.

the second door going to stairs didn’t open I think handle should be fixed or replaced It was very inconvenient we had to go around and use elevator

The breakfast was brown n serve sausage and fake eggs The housekeeping staff came in only half cleaned the pool bathroom, took the hamper of dirty towels, seen shelf of clean towels were empty. An hour later we still had to go down to front desk dripping wet and ask for towels.

I chose this place for the hot tub! There is NO hot tub. That false advertisement needs to be removed from the site! 3rd night my room smelled like weed from the time I entered until I left in the am

The room was lovely and very clean. The fitness room was very nice and the equipment was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The location is on the outskirts of Jackson and due to a major construction project on US 127 it was a little difficult to get into Jackson without backups. Not the fault of the property, but good to know for the future.
