A very comfortable stay. Just what we needed for our family homecoming weekend. We were arriving very late in the evening and called to confirm our room would be held. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. Our check in was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean bathrooms with useful amenities stocked - shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The room had a dorm-size refrigerator, microwave and in room coffee/tea service. the two rooms were connected with an adjoining door - as requested.

The room was very dry. If there was some way to provide a bit of moisture in the air - that would be a welcome addition.

Liked the corner suite. Liked the location of hotel near family in Okemos.

Breakfast was sub par. No fruit or juice of any kind. Poor cereal choices. Also, key cards kept sapping out...happened 2x in the 4 nights there. Kept an 85 year old and his 7 year old great granddaughter waiting out in chilly weather to get it rectified.

We were in town for the MSU Green & White Pig Show. We did not spend much time at the hotel, but it perfectly met our needs. Our room had recently been remodeled and did not have any odors in it. The new bathroom fixtures were a pleasant surprise and the beds were super comfy.

The floor could have used a little more TLC, but given the price, we let it go. We were not expecting a breakfast in the morning, but when I checked in we were told there was breakfast. Unfortunately it was pretty minimal, so we went out for breakfast to Coral Gables down the street, which we highly recommend! Overall it didn't bother us because we weren't even expecting it.

Location was great. Close to shopping mall, grocery store, restaurants and gas stations. All writhin 3 miles. Also close to MSU, about 3 miles away as well. Fitness room was decent: had excercise bike, mini weights and a treadmill. Room had a microwave and mini fridge, and free WiFi

Wish they offered bread with the breakfast to have an option for toast in the morning . And maybe offer fruit juices too

Chris was awesome, he was kind and quick to put me in a clean and comfortable room! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was exceptionally clean! Great shower pressure

Continental breakfast wasn’t the best. Duvet on bed was not buttoned, and you could tell the sheets were microfiber. Still fantastic mattress and pillows!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were great directing us to nearby restaurants and stores, and when our reason for being there was delayed unexpectedly, they were very accommodating when we asked for a late check out. The hotel itself is an older building, but it is clean and the beds are very comfy. A bag breakfast was offered because of covid, but there were many options to choose from under the circumstances.

I thought the price was just a little high.

Price, breakfast and wonderful staff!

Unruly guests that were over us the first night ( We stayed two). Had a leak in the bathroom over the toilet getting you wet ( was raining really hard that night). All and all we had a pleasant stay The second night was great.

Nice staff. Good breakfast buffet including donuts, waffles, yoghurts, cerials, etc; Good location, nice walk to the campus if you, like me, don't mind walking 30 minutes. Soft beds.

Staff were friendly. Love the location next to Whole Foods. Clean room and comfortable bed.

I think the continental breakfast can use slight improvement. Little tweaks to the room but nothing serious. Also with cable- add movie channels

great view and felt safe stretching my legs on the 2nd floor balcony. Staff very helpful in a non-effusive way which creates less anxiety for me.
