Best Western Milford Inn

We haven’t taken a vacation in 6 years so we could only hope for something close to good as far as a hotel. Our stay here was AMAZING! Everything you could ask for. The food is excellent. Breakfast buffet was so fresh and the service throughout the hotel was top notch. We highly recommend for a family especially. The fitness Center was nice & clean. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time we come. It was perfect .

pretty much the hole 2 night stay. clean, secure place, very helpful, friendly staff, very good housekeeping staff. pretty darn good free breakfast.

the fact we had to leave to get back to the routine.

Great location, not far from Boston, the breakfast was a good bonus

It was a tad noisy one of the nights we were staying with people coming back from a night out, chatting and shouting in the corridors (not the hotels fault though)

Room was clean, beds made, bathroom stocked, appliances all worked and the staff was helpful. I was grateful that the communal microwave was available for use and my room refrigerator both worked and was clean.

When i booked the stay i saw that breakfast was included. Upon arrival i was alerted to the fact with a sign on the wall that breakfast was not being served due to covid concerns etc. I had to get my breakfast each day elsewhere. The communal microwave and surrounding area had dried noodles stuck to the counter for over 24hrs, kinda gross. there were no napkins or cleaning supplies anywhere to just wipe up. I did not have an opportunity to alert staff of this condition. i'm sure if i did they would have taken care of it, they were very helpful.

The front desk staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was within easy access of the highway and very easy to find.

The pillows were small and square. We would have preferred the larger standard-size pillows.

Nice small gym. Great breakfast given the Covid-19 challenges. Most hotels do the bare minimal but charge for full service. This hotel does a great job. Very comfy beds. Very clean.

The Treadmill in the fitness center is a little aged. Still works ok.

Free breakfast, fast checkin, good housekeeping, lots of parking, full length mirror in room.

Bathroom needs more lighting

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Having a full breakfast was amazing. The food was at an appropriate temperature and baked goods were fresh.

Mattress was comfortable and place was very clean.

Breakfast was not good. Hot food was cold and and oh was watery. Pillows were horrible.

Beds were comfortable

Pillows were small & weird. Breakfast was not good.. did tasted bad. Toilet was dirty... hair all over the inside ofthe bowl
