Location. Great room, loved the decor. Fabulous location. The staff both in person and on the chat were lovely. It was a very vibrant part of the city/Cambridge.

The room got hot at night. It was an uncomfortable sleep. I think the ac was motion detected. So I was a bit sweaty and didn't sleep as well as I hoped. I reached out on the chat to be helped. Otherwise great stay!!

Room was clean, bright and quiet. Plenty of places to eat, drink fresh brew coffees, imbibe spirits and be entertained, all within in walking distance. Located at the heart of a centuries old historic district that remains an area that is shaping history. Full accessibility to the region wide MBTA public transit system.

Needs hooks or hanger for full length garments.

Great location for where I needed to go during my trip. I needed to work in my room at various points and the internet worked great. The room was extremely clean when I arrived. The bed was the comfiest I ever slept in. The one time I had to contact someone on the app (I just wanted to know the brand of the bed!) someone answered right away and went out of their way to try and get me an answer.

I wish there had been better instructions for the coffee maker as I didn’t realize it didn’t turn off automatically and it overflowed on my first day there.

I felt at home in my room and I made good use of the fridge in my room. the bed was very good and there were lots of towels, more than I needed. Helpful staff, especially one ver cheerful man

I was a bit worried about the non-existence of a reception, but actually it was staffed most of the time.

Location was stellar. 2nd floor restaurant The Dial was really terrific. Despite bring in the middle of Cambridge, my room was a quiet oasis at night for sleeping. Staff was very welcoming and hospitable, particularly Eduardo, who really helped me out.

I am now mobility challenged, was deeply disappointed to discover that in order to get a shower I could sit in I'd have had to pay more for a room w/two double beds vs single king I prefer. Europeans get that even non-gimpy folks like having a shower head on a handheld hose in addition to traditional shower-over-head deal. I can stand up (barely) long enough to shower, but I'm safer if I can have a hand-held shower head, even safer if I have a shower seat, too. Shouldn't cost extra to get that.

Very well-located in Central Square, next to plentiful dining options. Great modern design and great service. Ice and water machines are conveniently located on each floor. Fun restaurant on the ground floor with an outdoor patio.

The rooms are a bit on the small size, there aren’t fridges or hot water kettles in the room, and it’s not easy to connect to your Netflix/other streaming account on the TV. (They can lend you an HDMI cable if you have a laptop.) if you are an early sleeper, you should request a room that doesn’t overlook the restaurant patio courtyard below as it can get noisy at night.

Small but efficient room. It had everything we needed. Hairdryer, coffee maker, hot water kettle, iron and board. Nice seating area and comfortable bed. Toiletries in the bathroom were very nice! And the french bakery on the ground floor was very convenient - we had delicious pastries and coffee every morning!

The number pad on our door did not work and the mobile key was not consistent. A very nice staff member helped us with this issue.

The rooms were well appointed and clean. The addition of a cafe table and window nook seating was useful. The hotel is well located with walking access to MIT and walking/bus/T/car access to Harvard. It was very easy to find metered street parking, and you do not pay between about 6 pm and 8 am. Download the Cambridge parking app, and you can add two hours on your street parking as soon as you wake up. There are three or four bakeries within a three-block walk for morning breakfast, including a Japanese bakery inside the H Mart.

The bathroom was nicely designed and appointed. The shower curtain, however, seemed like an after thought. Shower could have supported a door to keep water from splashing on floor. Toilet paper holder was actually installed upside down. We just happened to have hex wrenches with us, so we reinstalled right-side up for them. ;-) It would have been nice had the room had a small fridge. Note that the room seems to be priced on a demand-driven algorithm. So, book early. And if you book more than one room, book them both in the same transaction. Otherwise, when you go back to book the second room, the price will have gone up.

location and amenities are perfect. The real stars were the staff. Incredibly helpful , polite and competent. Lorianne, Clare and Mike went above and beyond in helping us find our way around Cambridge, great suggestions for places in the area. Both bars had an excellent Prosecco available by the glass and a small but really decent selection of bourbons. Bartenders and servers were very friendly and good at what they do.
