Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Brookline-Longwood Medical

The staff were amazing. Always friendly and willing to help. The rooms were standard but the cleanliness and air quality superb. The breakfast was always stocked and the staff singing and making us smile. The drivers for their shuttle to Boston Children’s, namely Billy, simply The Best. On a scary morning before my daughter’s surgery he made her smile through her tears. He was kind, his voice gentle and he should be given the recognition he deserves. She is just one kid but the hotel was full of medically fragile children and adults who are in Boston to see specialists and he makes them forget that for the short ride over. Thank you to all of the staff.

Everything was great!

The staff at this hotel could not be nicer or more compassionate. My daughter is receiving treatment for a brain tumor. Eating breakfast is like being at a friend’s house because the man who put out the food acts like you are family. The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful. The desk staff was willing to let me leave bags in the back room to pick up on our way home after an appointment. I’ve stayed numerous times and have not met one staff person who was not kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen has plates, pots, etc. so you can easily cook your own food. There is a dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster and full sized fridge. I’ve stayed in different rooms, and they are comfortable and good sized.

The incline going into and out of the parking garage is challenging.

The property was absolutely hospitable very clean and neat it was everything I expected it was going to be even beyond my expectations

The manager in the morning I believe it was one of the managers woman of Middle Eastern dissent had told me I needed to be out by noon when she found out I was African-American I was reminded numerous times About there was a parking fee that I needed to pay then about how much I needed to pay also when I left I was emailed a receipt as if I was not going to pay I got constant looks and dirty looks And It was practically gazed upon By the overnight Caucasian gentleman who never once said good night hello and was constantly on his phone.

I liked the staff most of all. They were all nice, every one of the front desk staff, and the man who tended to the breakfast was so kind and friendly every morning. Everyone was helpful, from directions to nearby locations to help with transportation. Everything was delightful.

I liked everything. It might have been nice if the snack offered in the lobby at cost had some healthier options, but this is just a tiny thing. The options offered were great!

Hospitality and Atmosphere: Natalie at the front desk was so welcoming. After a 6 hour trip we need some kindness. Easy process checking in. She also recommended some places in the area we could eat. Nice housekeeping staff as well. Breakfast was tasty and staff was accommodating. My experience was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

Outside area. More flowers !!! It looked like a warehouse / hospital but inside it was delightful.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast had everything you'd want (including alternative milks, like almond and oat). The hotel is very close to the T, making travel within the city very easy.

Because it was marathon weekend, the price for three nights was over the top - but it was in-line with everything else in Boston that weekend - super pricey. Parking cost extra, which added to the overall cost.

just a little issue with toilet flushing, and the fact that continental breakfast closes at 9am when most people are just waking up especially if they attended a late night concert/event.. That was the main complaint i have..Most hotels have their breakfast up until at least 10 on weekday...

The room was a good size, friendly staff,, big shower, and the breakfast was good.

My digital key didn't work for check-in, check out, or the duration of my stay, which was a bummer, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was also much smaller than expected, but still able to use.

Very nice, comfortable, and clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast options, with plenty of hot foods that change each day. Coffee was better than the coffee of other hotels too. Came in early, before the check-in time, and they had a room ready for me already.

You're definitely paying more for the quality, so prices are not light. Products from the little convenience shop by the front desk are pretty overpriced.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a large efficiency kitchen. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. There was also an air purifier which was very much appreciated. The staff was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

It was a little pricey.
