clean & helpful staff

I reserved two rooms through booking.com. when we arrived, reservations only displayed as one room. we were able to get another room, at a higher price. The staff has trouble checking us out. charged the plus of the fulls room plus $185 holds (total of 4) has been placed in the account. she assured me they were only holds, however my checking account displays as negative because I have $800 in a “hold status” and I cannot access the funds. the place & service was great. I just wish I didn’t have the $800 (two rooms for two nights) plus the 4 accidental swipes of $185 each holding up my account.

The property seems to be undergoing renovations. We came on the weekend so we had no problems with noise. The room was clean and seemed updated. Only the tub seemed like it needed to be replaced. The staff was good and the breakfast was decent.

We had an issue with the toilet as if the water pressure was low. But the staff sent someone and it was fixed quickly.

There was nothing we didn’t like but we were surprised by the recycling system that none of the guests appeared to follow. Exactly what is trash and what can be recycled is not clear and a small list of drawings of the items that can be recycled would be useful. The items themselves, plates and cutlery could be marked. Can plastic cutlery be recycled? I hope this is helpful!

The location was not so ideal to visit Boston but we knew that when we booked the hotel

We arrived late after a long drive.The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Wish I could remember her name. Breakfast was the standard hotel selfserve breakfast. Coffee was good. Room was quite large with 2 beds that were very comfortable. Hotel is in a very quiet location and easy to get to off the main road.

The buffet breakfast had been reinstated just a few days before our arrival in early July so our family enjoyed waffles, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit salad, and toast instead of some version of a breakfast-to-go. The staff was noticeably friendly. Our room was clean and spacious and looked out over a row of mature trees. There was a lot of green space around the hotel which was nice after a day spent in downtown Boston. The weather was cold and rainy during our stay so we didn’t get to use the outdoor pool but it would have been open till 9pm each day but for the fall like weather. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely look into returning to this particular hotel if in the area again.

Good location. I would have liked to have been closer to Hanscom Airforce Base.

When I checked in I asked for a military discount. When I made the reservation I feel that since the Airforce Base is near by the reservation site should have asked if I am military.

Front desk staff were amazing and so very helpful!!

During our 4 night stay, no one came to clean our room until we left. So we needed to take out our garbage, track down more garbage bags ourselves and ask for towels.

Warm pool, delicious breakfast with lots of options, spacious room, comfy bed, and friendly staff

Cleanliness was questionable, we had to use the pull out couch and there was crumbs on it. Pool was on the small side but still enjoyable, I imagine during hot days though it would be a problem. Needed extra blankets and pillows as was requested on the reservation and did not get them, no big deal but when we called to request them, they only had extra blankets but no pillows.
