The cleanliness and quietness plus the beds. It's located 3 minutes from my disabled relative whom I come to visit.
The bath tub and how it was situated. It was awkward to step into after you turn the shower on. Either way the floor would get wet. Also the frig was too small to be on the floor. There should've also been a microwave in the room. Not enough bright lighting. I've stay here before and had no complaints. This time was different. Oh! And the person who was across from us opened their door and threw ice in the hallway! WTH?? It almost hit my son and myself and could've created a safety hazard.

The location is great if you are visiting relatives at Ingleside at King Farm. You get a discount on room price if visiting IKF. The bed was comfortable. The chair and ottoman was great for reading. The bathroom was spacious.
The shower floor was slippery and creaked like it was going to break

We booked a mobility accessible room. This room was located at the end of hall from elevators Very bad for my husband who his handicap. NOT ACCEPTABLE The room key didnt work had to wait for engineer to arrive.

The bed was super comfortable and I liked the location a lot. I also enjoyed the bathroom decor, and the fact that there was a nice desktop to work on as well.
I felt like the parking was a little crowded but I was able to find a parking space. I wish there was a microwave in the room, especially if there is a mini fridge.

The water pressure was too low. There were very noisy neighbors at 4:00 AM who kept us awake for over an hour. I was surprised that we could hear them so clearly.

Our room didn't have a microwave! What if you have babies or kids that need bottles to warm.. You have to walk down the hallway to use one in the open.

I was upgraded to the club floor at no additional cost bcuz of my request for top floors. The hotel manager Isaac was so exceptional, he went above and beyond to help get a travel adaptor for me at best buy at their own cost. I will visit again. The bed was very comfortable.

The property was spotless. The fact that there was hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom was so sanitary and helpful.
It would have been nice to have a cheaper rate.
