Staff was very friendly & helpful.

I was overcharged for my room but staff made the adjustment immediately. The pool area was overcrowded & they had to close the area for cleaning but never told anyone that they opened it back up.

I like that they had free drinks between 5-7pm but the as much as the hotel cost they definitely made their money back in giving out “ complimentary drinks “. I also liked that the pool was opened and the hotel was in a great location surrounded by restaurants.

Checking in and finding out that it’s a $150 deposit that is mandatory and they Dont stated this when booking! What if that $150 was someone’s spending money for their trip? That’s not a good surprise!

The Breakfast is always delicious. Its location right across the street is convenient for getting to the convention. The staff were very polite and respectful. After a problem with the reservation (NOT their fault), they had a man who helped us move our luggage into the room.

BOOKING.COM missed up on the reservation. When we got to the fully booked hotel, (in July), I learned that they had NO reservation there for us, (I made one in Sept. of last year). The hotel Manager had to be contacted and she had to work for several hours to find my reservation inside the computer. After 5 hours they were able to confirm my reservation.

The hotel was well kept and beautiful. The breakfast and nightly reception were outstanding. The breakfast was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

Only a suggestion but consider to still request that masks be worn in the common areas of the hotel as Covid is currently on the rise again. Plus, there was a guest who stayed there the same time I was there who was sick on the lawn. She was coughing terribly without a mask. Her family bought her tea and told her it would calm her nausea. The reason why it was brought to my attention was because it was obvious as you walked out the hotel but also, her husband was on the phone expressing his concern telling others she was waiting for a Covid test result she had taken that morning. Again, this is only a suggestion rather than a negative review as most places are optional now. I just see firsthand Covid cases increasing as a healthcare provider and felt compelled to make a comment.

The place is very clean with very friendly helpful staff. The hot free breakfast was excellent with a large variety to choose from. I like the minimalist decor. Love the atrium. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. The room was large with the bedroom separated from the kitchen and small living room with TV in the bedroom and another TV in the living room. Beautiful landscaping and quite with large self parking area.

The pool was close due to COVID. One of the ceiling lights in the bedroom was not working. The bedroom needed an armchair near the window and a desk. The most concerning is the outside door not closing completely unless you yank it close. With children staying in the living room area or another adult who maybe incline to step out at night they may forget to yank the door close and expose the people left in the room to unsecured situation. The room is 532.

Honestly surprised at how nice the room was. The beds were SO comfy (and I’m very picky). Pillows were excellent. I slept great!! Loved not having to check out until 12. Hotel itself was BEAUTIFUL! Actually liked the decor. Staff was very nice!

Paid Wi-Fi.. it’s not 2008 anymore! I wanted room service because I was starving and not feeling well, called several times and no answer. Elevators were sluggish. Also swimming pool was closed :/ but the pros definitely outweigh the cons!

The Breakfast was spectacular and hot!! This is a great plus plus plus in my book. The bartender during happy hour (5:30-7:30 pm) charged us for what should have been a free drink, but we were able to get a free drink later that evening.

No hot water on Thursday morning, but I wasn't charged for the previous night. Which was a perfect solution for a minor inconvenience. Again very excellent service at least from this customer.

Location the willingness of the staff that will go above and beyond to help you no matter what time even though the covid prevention continental breakfast as a person that travels a lot this was the best grab-and-go breakfast I've gotten so far it's not yes yogurt and coffee and a doughnut they even have the scrambled eggs it's really good

Just a greeting the staff the lady that you text me and I wish I could remember her name the even if you had the worst day your flights were late rent a car wasn't there anything I could have been your worst day but the way that she spoke to me you can never be mad you felt quite comfortable

happy hour, breakfast, spacious room, ladies making omelets and waffles were awesome, lady bar tender was wonderful, front staff was nice and helpful

staff in the breakfast room and those cleaning the tables were very rude, very loud at times, hot in the breakfast eating area

Breakfast was in the middle of the hotel and was delicious! Omelettes and waffles made to order. Plenty of hot coffee. Family friendly. Polite staff that was very attentive to cleanliness- it was worth the trip!

Pool was cool temperature wise. Highway noise not drowned out well by heavy curtains. But other than that it was great!
