Cambria Hotel - Arundel Mills BWI Airport

I loved the cleanliness of the facility and my room. The hallways and elevators smelled and looked clean. I also loved the check-in texts I was receiving during my stay. It made me feel like I was an important guest. Loved it. Great job

Ok, so the only thing I didn't like was. I think there was a party going on. Could here the music in my room on the 3rd floor. While we was trying to rest. Needless to say, We just went on ahead and got up and went out to eat. I think you guys need a sound proof party room if your going to host parties. Not fair to guests who are trying to rest or just don't want to hear loud noise.

I like that I had a shuttle option for when I didn’t want to have to park at the Big mall. I also like the food options for when I was hungry.

The parking wasn’t quite enough around the hotel. I had to park at the gas station and walk over.

I really like the location, room layout , cleanliness and staff. I would stay there again. Its super convenient as its near the airport and there is a gas station and CVS in the same lot as the hotel. This made it easy to get food and water etc as well as refueling my rental car before returning it. Its also in walking distance or a mall, costco and loads of stores and restaurants.

The only issue i had was the fact that i could hear other hotel guests in the rooms next to me. I could also hear people in the hallway. Im not sure why but my assumption is that the walls are too thin. Im not sure how this can be fixed but that is my only issue. It is exacerbated by the fact that other guests may be there to go to the casino that is nearby so they may be in party mode and you are forced to hear it.

Dinner was OK. We ordered it and then took it up to our room. However, we had breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday, and it was phenomenal. The woman who took the orders, and did the service was excellent. And the food was delicious. Everyone at the hotel was cordial, nice, and very helpful. We use the pool, which was great, and I also use the gym. Overall, it was a very clean hotel, with very courteous and friendly staff.

I understand the reasons for having no carpet, however, that lens is self to more noise from anyone who is above you. If you were like me, and don’t like people walking above your head, request a room on the top floor. I should’ve done that, but I didn’t think about it. Fortunately, we were only staying for two nights , so it was OK.

The reception area was very nice & the free coffee machine was excellent with really tasty coffee. Rooms are enormous & Wifi was good. Staff are generally helpful and the free shuttle bus was really useful option. Good parking onsite. Good location for what my group needed & walking distance to several good restaurants.

My room was near the lift & you can really hear it when it is used. Breakfast can be a little expensive onsite. Not keen on the wandering preacher who turned up in the car park one Sunday night & blasted out his sermon at 2am until someone moved him on.

The staff was lovely, very professional, and efficient. The room and ambiance were exceptional. My husband and I loved the fact that it was free parking, and the Wawa was literally a hop, skip, and a jump away. Beautiful artwork in the lobby, hallways, and the room. We will most definitely visit again.

There is nothing bad we have to say, It's pretty awesome. I only wished they had free breakfast.😁 But overall, I knew before making the reservation. It was not an issue for me or my husband.

Like that everything is new and modern. The bed was comfortable. The hotel and the room was clean and the staff was nice. Also very convenient to Wawa and CVS right across the parking lot and 5 minutes from Maryland Live Casino, the shopping mall and restaurants.

Room was a little smaller than expected. Didn't like that the TV is on a side wall and you have to turn your neck to see it from the bed nor did I like that the bed is facing the window and the lights outside are visible at night due to the see through shades.

The entire hotel is beautiful. I would say from the blue tooth mirror to the scenery. The lights above and below the bed.They have a extra blanket in the room,iron ,microwave, and fridge. The shower glass doesn't close.

I heard stomping above my head.I thought someone was coming in my room.I heard voices in the hall. I didnt you couldn't decorate in the room. I was going to clean it up. It sucks other people mess it up for others.You have to sign up for the pool. It start 7 a.m. Be prepared to pay $30 accidental. I wish that was incorporated in the bill.I think they said, no parties.

Location made access to everything convenient. Being from Philly, it was great to see the Wawa in walking distance. Nice to have a gas station so close and the CVS was great for forgotten toiletries and snacks. The room was well designed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and I was able to communicate with housekeeping via text which was convenient! They did a wonderful job keeping our room clean! I enjoyed the gym and the outside space is very nice! Check-in was easy. Staff was quiet, yet friendly.

Just little things-- the iron had a short and we were delayed getting ready for our day. A new iron was left by housekeeping when they cleaned the room later that day😊 I wish the shower door was a little longer so the floor wouldn't get so wet. I really wanted to use the Bluetooth feature on the mirror but I couldn't get sound. 😔 Facial tissues and makeup wipe in the bath should have been replenished automatically.

The Cambria is gorgeous! The decor & stylish of this hotel is very chic & modern. i would not label this hotel “kid friendly”, but of course people can and did bring their children. This would be the perfect choice for a girls weekend or a bachelorette trip! The bar was great! Their cocktail menu is somewhat limited, but given how many types & kinds of alcohol they have, if you simply wanted a rum & coke, vodka pineapple, or anything else that’s not on the menu, they could probably make it for you. The Mojito was pretty good. The beds & pillows are SO comfortable! if I could’ve packed up the mattress & a pillow to take with me, I would :) The bathroom is beautiful! The smart mirror/vanity is so cool in how you can change the lighting of the vanity from dim to bright. We loved the lounge area by the window! Another person could absolutely sleep in that area. We also loved that the pool was reservation only! Our group was able to enjoy ourselves and not worry about other people coming in and interrupting our time. The pool is heated and oh so relaxing! They also provide towels for you to use so you don’t have to take the ones from your room! The gym was also cute nice & clean, however, the TV’s did not work on some of the machines, so just plan to bring your phone & earbuds. Even though this isn’t a feature of the hotel, we loved that it was mere feet away from the Wawa and we could go over & get snacks or even a quick breakfast or lunch if you’re on the go.

The walls are somewhat thin in that while sleeping in bed, you can hear people open & shut their room doors & talk in the hall, but I never heard my neighbor in the room next door. However, that room could’ve been vacant.
