Breakfast was ok. Not fully stocked. Hot food was not obtainable as a guest was blocking access to the food as she berated a food service employee( breakfast and a show). The staff person did not handle the situation with the aggressive guestquite right. (She didn’t think her needs were being met and she was rude to employee. It made a whole uncomfortable vibe in the dining area for everyone there. So as the employee did his work he kept up his own rant about her out loud. Other guest felt like they needed to comfort the employee. He seemed angry and his verbal comments got heated. It could have been handled better. Coffee was hot and good.

love that is new, clean, reasonably priced, great location. breakfast was outstanding. we loved the hot choices that are individually wrapped, a much more sanitary way to serve food, and it was delicious! lots of other choices as well. very. very good.

everything was very good. the only complaint…the receiving person was not friendly and even a bit rude. she was abrupt, and contradictory. she did not seem interested in making us feel welcome. on the other hand. the young lady that worked the breakfast area was bright, friendly, efficient and helpful, which made it difficult to rate the staff negatively. however, I think it’s important to make your personnel department aware. the first person you encounter when checking in is important to the image of your establishment. just need a little more polishing in that area. the beds are not as comfortable as I expected, but close. 😊

We always stay at the Fairfield Inn in Hagerstown. Best hotel in Hagerstown. Very clean, staff is very friendly. Rooms are big. The breakfast is very good.

For some reason they gave me a room for disabled people. There was a green motion light that kept me up all night. The bed in this room seemed exceptionally hard also. No, I didn't ask for a room change or complain. I will know to make sure next time it's a regular room.

Everything!!! Victor at the front desk was AMAZING!! He helped check me in and even helped me sign up for the reward points which I didn’t know about. The room was very clean as was the entire establishment. We loved it! We stayed in a King Suite and ur was a little hard to leave because it was so comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back!! Thanks Victor for all of your help!!

Nothing!! The only thing was the breakfast selection was small, but I think with the food shortages going on, things might have be scarce. But what was available was great! They did inform us that they should be getting more food later on, but I won’t base my experience off of the breakfast.

Our room was clean and comfortable.

I had reserved a King size room ten days out. I checked in virtually the morning of our stay. I was told I would get a text when the room was ready. I never received the the text and when we got to the hotel that evening, they no longer had any King rooms. We took the double room and they told us they would give us a discount. The only discount we got was the military rate (we are military), not as much of a discount we were quoted the night before. if you reserve a room here I’d caution you to make sure they don’t give your room away!

Staff was wonderful. Rooms are very clean. Continental Breakfast was my only issue. The food was not good at all so we went out but to me that's not a big deal as long as the rooms were clean and nice. Have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and try to stay here each time we come to Hagerstown.

Breakfast. The food is not that great at all but hey, there are plenty of places around to eat. Main thing is that the hotel is clean and safe

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient middle ground access to Gettysburg and Antietam National Parks.

Queen beds are actually full size beds. While they have free continental breakfast, hot items weren't replenished quickly. Pool is on the smaller side.

New hotel from April 2022... Staff was excellent and welcoming Room was clean and spacious Beds were comfortable Shower was great Would come back... Really thought the Hagerstown was a nice town with friendly people

The pool was great...but water was a lot cooler for a heated pool

This was an outstanding property with a friendly staff. The room is exceedingly clean, bright, with good features. Breakfast was quite good and healthy. We liked it so much we booked it for the return trip home.

It's not the property's fault by getting there via that Dual Highway is difficult from I-70.
