Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington Park California, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast food was great. Rooms were clean and hallways smelled great. Staff was friendly. Check-in / out and parking was easy. Plenty of luggage carts for use. Would most likely stay here again, I think the positives outweigh my only negative comment.

My only comment about this location is the noise. The walls were thin and I could hear other guests coming and going throughout the night. I did not sleep well because I kept hearing doors opening and closing.

I could not be moved to a lower room because I booked through a third party so said the front desk, bad-bad-bad & unfair it was said that the Hotel did not get my request for the 1st or 2nd floor because I am a Senior

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was good Also such a great location price was a little steep for one night Grandkids enjoyed the pool

I did ask for a k later checkout time the night before and said I couldn’t but several of my family members staying there as well were granted an extra hour or two

The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was awesome! Everyond was so pleasant and so helpful. The place was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. I wanted to bring my pillow home.

I had booked there because it had a pool but then the pool was closed down for mantience and we didnt get to swim at all.

The location was convenient. Although we did not eat out during our stay, there are restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was nice. Our room was handicapped accessible which made the stay much easier for my husband. He does not need a wheelchair, but there was plenty of room to maneuver one in there if necessary. A raised toilet would have been an improvement, but at least there were grab bars in all the right places.

We did not have any complaints.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well supplied with linens and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location.

The only complaint was noisy neighbors above and next door, but that's not the hotel's fault, except that better soundproofing would have been nice.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. The hotel is located in a very convenient location with a variety of restaurants and shopping within five minutes of the hotel.

Set back from highway just a little, for less road noise, but easy access and close parking. Close to everything in area. Well cleaned room and bath. Nice areas for setting up suitcases and hanging clothes.

Pool not open over weekend, even though COVID restrictions were lifted. Room decor was decent, but a little boring. Some late-night stomping in room above us, but it did not last long do we did not have to complain.

As every year we stayed at this wonderful hotel. The cleanliness is 1A, the breakfast always with a variety of food, the staff very friendly, the room big enough. Perfect hotel, the best in that area!

The control of the tv is kind of difficult to turn on/off the tv with it

Loved, loved the bed. Also place was very clean and staff was great. We traveled to Maryland and stayed on our way and because it was so nice we stayed again on our way back home. And they forgot to email our receipt to us on the first stay so when we came back they upgraded us to a suite. That is what I call great customer service.
