I felt very clean and comfortable as soon as I walked in the room. I booked somewhere else that day and I was running late for a funeral and we traveled from Philadelphia to Baltimore so we didn’t have time to find a new hotel and it was so dirty disgusting horrible I left even though I already paid so I got this room late and last minute and we booked 3 rooms I’m so glad there was 3 available on a Friday night and me and the whole family loved it and it was very clean and nice.
the lady at front desk wasn’t the nicest, the security guards were just hanging out doing nothing and talking about smoking weed and then went out front to smoke and there were a few kids in the lobby, 2/3 of the rooms we booked our AC didn’t work and it was a real pain in the butt. And the breakfast wasn’t the best but I guess it was free right lol but clean hotel overall and I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable and I loved how close the hotel was to where my friends and I were traveling. Less than a ten minute walk from Power Plant
I wouldn’t say “didn’t like” but more so a safety hazard. After showering, I turned the hair dryer on and not even a minute into drying my hair, this smell started coming from it and it started smoking lol so I unplugged it and placed it on the sink. I stayed in 211 if staff sees my review and wants to check it out.

Our room was very spacious
My sister-in-law was on the pullout bed and the mattress was very flat to the point where the springs were poking at her. We ended up taking off the comforters on the two double beds and requesting an extra comforter so she could layer them in the bed for more back support

The size of the room was excellent and parking was at the same location of hotel. We pay for parking though. Also there was breakfast which was great
Elevator was dirty. Location wasn’t very safe at night and thre where some homeless people outside the hotel door but I believe nowhere in Baltimore is safe at night.

I like the bed and pillows they was very comfortable didn't want to get out.. The tub was everything I imagine I didn't want to get out once I got in.. Can't wait to go back..
The only thing I didn't like the floor wasn't vacuum that good and one of the soaps was open and used.. Overall it was a great get away..
