Relax Inn

The location was great there was a lot around the area. We love that you didn't have to worry about lugging around any keys, losing them, that it was an outside keypad. The place was extremely clean and the decor was up to date. It didn't have that grubby old linen from the '50s that everybody has which makes it look cheap and feels outdated and dirty. They had beautiful vibrant colors a nice walk in shower. It was more modern than you would think. The price was great, very reasonable.

It's not terrible but we didn't really have any interaction with any staff other than text messages. We didn't really know where to go for breakfast so we didn't have it if it was complimentary. The outside could use a little curb appeal.

In all honesty, from the outside the building looked a little tired (although they were doing some painting to spruce it up). The room itself was a good size, clean and well kept. I was expecting a little seating area like in the pictures but our room did not have one.

The only complaint we had was the tv remote didn't work well. It could just need batteries. We did not want to bother the staff so just made do with it.

The place could not be any cleaner. My room was freshly painted and the entire bathroom was new. Tub/ shower combo, toilet and vanity. Hosts cleaned everyday. Fresh towels and supplies. Refrigerator and microwave worked great as did the A/C. Even had limited grab n go

Once again I will say that the towels could be better. This is an issue I have with many hotels, not just here

Convenient for our purposes. Cute town area not far. Wish we had more time to explore but we were just passing through.

Breakfast was sparse, but there was coffee! Many close by places to get a full breakfast if you want it.

It was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds, bigger room than expected and quiet even though near busy rt 1. When several missing bathtub " no slip strips" were reported, they were quickly replaced with a " thank you" for reporting. Not a beautiful location, being in town, but more than just adequate and reasonable priced for a holiday weekend.

Expected a more substantial and varied breakfast selection.

I was not advised of breakfast when arriving. Was there one? I also did not specify handicapped, so managing the stairs was tricky with my luggage. Also, no bars in tub which made me nervous. I do have to complain about the bathroom exhaust-- it was extremely loud. I got up very early both mornings and the noise, I'm certain, could be heard in the rooms next to mine.

The room was very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the coffee packets each morning. It was easy to find and quiet.

The view, but we understand it is in a neighborhood. Next time I will request a first floor room, as I had a hard time with the stairs.

Location was pretty good for visiting coastal islands, Augusta and Portland. Room had everything needed. Clean. Good value for money.

The road was very busy so it was hard to get in and out if a left turn was needed. Breakfast was lame - just a single granola bar and a disgusting looking pastry thing in plastic that I didn't try. One day there was a banana also.

Decent price, clean room, and friendly staff.

The coffee with the continental breakfast wasn't great (the breakfast itself was uninspiring), and the amenities are of the "get what you pay for" sort.

It was a very clean environment, and you can tell the owners care about this place.

The only complaint I had was the bathtub with stopped up a little bit, and you ended up standing in an inch of water.
