Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pearl River/Slidell

The location was perfect for my needs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I personally did not partake in the breakfast offering other than the coffee. The food area was very clean and well stocked. My room was clean and meet my needs. Staff freshen up the room the second day and was very much appreciated. The refrigerator started defrosting during the first night. I was able to receive additional towels to get the water from the frig and cabinet after removing the ice.

I have nothing to comment on, therefore I did not find anything that I disliked.

The staff both at check-in and breakfast were exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a glitch at check-in with the wrong room but it was handled quickly and professionally by the wonderful man working (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name in the middle of the night at check-in!) We were actually upgraded to a suite and enjoyed a wonderful stay. The hot breakfast was great. This is our second stay at this property and both times were a great stop on our travels.

the matresses need to be changed they are very stained, kinda gross but the covers are clean all the time. couldnt stop staring at the matress all my stay over than that very good.

Breakfast was good - hot selection eggs and meat - varies from day to day and waffle maker. Bed was comfortable. I had a suite and it was a nice space to live and work for a week.

The walls are a little thin, or the hard surface flooring just resonates the sounds. The doors slam hard and you hear them. Stayed during Mardi Gras - so people in room next door were partying late while I was trying to get sleep for an early day.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The service from the staff was impeccable from the time of check in to check out they couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.

A pool would have been nice.

Desk staff were good and knowledgeable about the area. It was a good stay until Saturday morning. I went down for breakfast and was greeted by Regina, then it was a great stay! She was bright, positive, and had everything ready. She made me feel like she wanted to be there very helpful. 5 stars!

Over all good.

Good, safer, location for vacationing in New Orleans. Gas station next door and food nearby. Rooms were smaller, but cozy. Building was generally clean and staff were helpful.

Breakfast in the morning was so-so, but not a dealbreaker. Nothing really bad to say.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

The exterior of the hotel is getting updated. The furniture needs the same attention (and I'm sure, will be getting it in due time). Everything else being beautiful, the furniture overdue for replacement was visually unappealing; but everything worked just fine and I did sleep well.

The property looked neat, clean and pretty safe.

We were placed next to a family room with two young kids. And the inner door, between rooms, that was potentially leaving to the room with kids had a huge space between the floor, so it was extremely loud and uncomfortable, we heard everything what the kids and their parents were doing in the room. I wish we knew they were there earlier, not at 10pm when we were already in bed and they returned to the hotel. We would definitely ask to switch the room. My friend woke up at 6am, because the kids started yelling and jumping in the room.

The breakfast was outstanding with a good variety of items and very fresh muffins. The staff were friendly and room was quite clean.

We were on the first floor and there was quite a lot of noise outside throughout the night, also a lot of rumbling in the room above us. I don't now that this was a fault of the hotel but walls seem quite thin.
