Great friendly service. Very helpful with any needs. Close to everything needed, including just steps to wonderful nightlife. Personal amenities like soap & shampoo high quality.

Noisy at odd hours. Heat in room difficult to control. Couldn't figure out TV or internet. (My car broken into close by, unfortunately. Still a very interesting eclectic neighborhood.)

The property was right across from the Pride Festival which is the reason I was staying in NOLA. I was able to watch the main stage from my front door. The room I was given had a unique type of character you only see in the Marigny Neighborhood. I love the bright colors of the hotel. The location was right next to two of my usual bars too. I was welcomed by the staff, promptly checked in, complimented on my look by the manager, and I was upgraded to a larger room because they needed my room. Jazz was an absolute delight for check in and check out.

The bathroom needed some cosmetic work and new lighting. The counter in the kitchen needed some tlc but everything was clean.

The Olde Town Inn definitely embraces it's name! :-) The courtyard was so peaceful and serene and I rarely heard the hustle and bustle of the modern world on the outside. There was a working washer and dryer and ice machine outback. Also, it's gated which makes me feel very secure traveling as a single disabled female. The rooms were tidy and the AC worked oh so well keeping us nice and cool during the hottest month of the year. I am a traveling artist and there was plenty of room in my little foyer for my art supplies making it easy for me to keep my supplies out of the heat by not having to store them in my car. The off the street parking is plentiful and well lit at night and the hotel is only a hop, skip and a jump away from the French Quarter where I both work...and play! But the best part of my stay was definately the staff. From the welcoming front desk clerk, to the lovely General manager and all the way to the kind and considerate custodians...everyone was very friendly and made me and Luna Bella (my service dog) feel right at home. I definitely recommend Olde Town in for anyone who wants to have a true New Orleans experience for a price that meets almost ANY budget! We'll be back for sure! Thanks to all the lovely hotel staff for making my stay AMAZING!!!

The moment i walked in to the lobby i knew i was in the right place. But THEN you walk into the gated, colorful courtyard and and you're transended to a whole other world. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and our room cleaner DAWN was a lovely lady and takes pride in her rooms. We stayed in 308 and plan on returning in Oct to stay here again. This will be our new home away from home

There wasnt anything i didn't like. 5 star

Location was wonderful. It was in the area we wanted to stay in, so we walked to the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and suggested an amazing breakfast spot. The building was very cute.

There was a very bright light right outside our room, which stayed on all night. It lit up the entire room even with the blinds closed, and there was no way to cover the window with a sheet to dim the light a little. The first night we barely slept because of that, and the second night we somewhat got used to it. There was also a dog bone under the bed, and items still in the fridge from the previous person, which made us feel like our room was not properly cleaned in between people staying.

The hands down best thing about the property is the General Manager. She truly made my trip to New Orleans the best trip I’ve had in a long time. The hospitality, the way she handled everything she was so hands on with me and my stay on top of all the other guest that was checking in. Her attitude was so positive and so up lifting. She would even walk the court yard personally asking everyone if they needed anything or to simply ask how our day was. She made me feel like I was at home. Her & the staff truly took care of everyone staying there. She is the perfect example of a 5 star GM!

We always enjoy our stay at olde town inn, As we are regulars and this place is our go to.. i do have to mention, that the past 2 stays we have noticed a major change in atmosphere. The employees seem to enjoy working there, and it shows... the rooms are much cleaner.. common areas are nice and clean and inviting.. property maintenance seems to be making a major improvement as well.. keep up the good work!
