The staff was great. Everyone was friendly & very helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The common area gets busy during the evening hours which was great. My son was selling chocolates for school and was able to sell the entire box. Everyone was very friendly and although it was busy it was never too loud. The Jaggers next door was a plus when we arrived late in the evening, hungry. The location is great in general. The shopping plaza across the street was convenient. I had to run into Target for a few things and it being a 2 min drive, literally, was perfect. The noon checkout was also nice to have since most places have an 11am checkout.

The shower head in the bathroom was awkwardly high. I couldn’t adjust the direction of it. A shelf in the bathroom for my toiletries would have also been nice to have.

The location was great. Lots of different stores and fast food and restaurants. The hotel is close to the highway very convenient. I love the fact the hotel had engagement activities for guest in the lobby. Room was clean everyday during our stay. The staff were nice and helpful.

The only thing I did not like no microwave in our room and in the shower no where to put my soap container or body wash in the shower. No continental breakfast you have to pay for food.

everything! the amenities, the staff, the laid back vibe, the pet-friendly atmosphere. had a great 6 night stay. no nickel and diming (didn’t even charge a pet fee)!

I wish the pet friendly rooms were on a lower floor so we didn’t have to take the elevator and disturb people who may not like dogs, but can’t think of much else I didn’t like.

The afternoon shift ladies were amazing and so helpful. Not to say the daytime wasn’t at all. These girls were very polite and so kind.

Nothing. Well, I would’ve preferred to know breakfast wasn’t really breakfast but that’s ok. My booking said breakfast was included so I assumed it was but it was just charged to us anyway. Not a big deal but with four kids and having booked two rooms, it would’ve been nice to know it was more than a bagel or a box of cereal. My toddlers can get pretty hangry.

The room was very comfortable. The beds were amazingly soft. The staff was friendly and attentive. The bartender was super friendly and made everyone feel welcome.

The thing we did not like was once a day the temperature in the room auto reset to what I can only describe as subzero. The room warmed up quickly when we adjusted it back.

Easy to get to. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Friendly staff. Nice desk area with a window for the day I had to work. It was quiet.

I could have used a heavier blanket. The bedding was lightweight and there wasn't an extra blanket in the closet. It forced me to keep the heat higher at night than I would have normally.

The room was exceptionally comfortable. There bed was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I really can’t find anything I didn’t like except that I wish they offered more breakfast items but my son loved the fresh fruit available for purchase.

It’s very modern and aesthetically pleasing. I liked how the room was set up and the decor. The shower is awesome being that it has shampoo and soap dispensers mounted inside! Very pleased with our weekend away. We will definitely stay there again.

The only complaint that I have is that we thought we were staying at aloft downtown. I didn’t realize there were two on the website and it did upset us that we didn’t have the view of downtown Louisville.

Very clean, modern, very nice!

Nothing really… a little further away than I had hoped…the problem I had was with Booking. Com itself. When a problem arose, you were NOT able to be contacted. Extremely POOR customer service! No human being AT ALL! I’ll NEVER use you again!!!

I loved all the amenities. Pool, bar, breakfast bar, beautiful outdoor space for my dog. I felt very safe traveling as a single woman.

I would request to stay on the back side of property as the road noise was a little loud on the front facing main road.
