Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham London

I was tired after driving all day - and the Microtel Inn had just what I needed: My room was clean and the bed was comfy. This is a basic hotel, but it met my needs and I felt good about what I spent and what I got. Breakfast choices were pretty good. They handed me a bottle of water with my name printed on it when I left the next morning! Such a nice personal touch.

It was on a busy road right next to highway. But not really a negative. I didn't hear the highway. Rooms not completely sound-proof. In the morning I heard music playing from another room. But it didn't bother my sleep - which was most important to me.

It was a great little place we needed something fast and it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.. if you are looking for a booshie room service type place this is not that..its just a clean updated place to hang out..I will definitely stay again..had a great pool and there were families there having a fantastic time..I unfortunately didn't have time but it looked great and is indoors! The little breakfast was nice and there are plenty of restaurants right there! We had a king size bed and it was absolutely fantastic! And as I am from Florida and very hot blooded I had the ac cranked and it was freezing! Again absolutely perfect! 🥰😍🥰

The only thing that I could say I didn't like was that for some reason our internet on the TV would not work..and we had planned on just spending Saturday evening watching Harry Potter on Netflix since we were so tired but we couldn't..that being said the nice little lady from the desk tried to get it to work but it just wouldn't..but we did have regular TV so we found stuff to watch..this could happen anywhere and not a big deal!

it was clean and up to date. Prices were decent. Has a heated pool but never got a chance to try it sadly.

Wish there was a hot tub in the room but other than that, A more accommodating tv. Most tvs can cast from your smart phone to the tv and despite it having features to supposedly do this, it simply did not work no matter how many times I tried. I even asked the person at the desk but they couldn’t help me at all. So I relented with being fine with logging into my HBOMAX. Popped an edible and enjoyed the movie American Ultra for the first time. Not a bad night considering. This is a minor complaint but also very inconvenient for anyone who only has their phone with them.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the site of the World Chicken Festival (of which I was a vendor) room was tidy and had everything we needed + beds were very comfortable. These are all pluses, but the best part is yet to come… So, I LEFT MY MONEY BAG at the hotel and didn’t realize it until several hours later on my home. When I called back in a slight panic I was not treated like the dimwit that I am and they took the matter very seriously. Within 30 minutes I was called back as my bag was found (fell behind bed)! I was so thankful to them, since if they hadn’t been honest folks I would have lost a good bit of money that I had made vending. Thank you all so much, I can’t express how very grateful I am!

Everything, especially when I asked to be on the 3rd floor the gentleman at the front desk was polite and said (Let me check and see if I have an available room) and I said ok and LUCKILY they did the gentleman said Yes We Do We Have One Left SO I GOT TO GET IT ALSO THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THE BEDS WE'RE NICE AND COMFY THE VIEW WAS NICE CAUSE U HAD ALL THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS THERE IN WALKING DISTANT SO WHEN I GO BACK TO LONDON, KENTUCKY I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK

The property was clean and had comfy beds and good water pressure. There was an indoor pool, snacks/drinks for purchase at the front desk, and laundry facilities. The hotel also provided several discounts for restaurants in the area!

The pool was cold and dark and the pool towels were very small. The walls were very thin and we could hear every word of what the people next door were saying in their bathroom.

We've Stayed here several times in a year, with the Very Nice and professional young Man.at the desk fulfilling our reservations. That was his last night due to having to change jobs to make more $$ to be able to pay off College debts. In order to KEEP Great people on your Staff you should give raises when merited. He was an exceptional person with great upbringing and respect for everyone. YOU LOST A FANTASTIC EMPLOYEE. Such a shame.

I got a great price for the room and it was very close to the location I was working. the breakfast was really good. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The guest in the room above me was being obnoxiously loud, stomping and thumping things on the floor for over an hour right at the time I was going to bed. The lady working the front desk moved me to a much larger room with no one above it.

The facility was just very drab and lackluster. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't noticably clean either. Both rooms felt very damp.

the breakfast we didnt have to get out so early to go eat the bed was good could have been alittle biger we had everything that we needed we will stay there again if we are back in the area it was very nice

the bed could have been just a little biger but it was ok other than that it was very nice everthing else was great no complains i dont have any complants we wish every place was that good could have had more places to eat

We booked this hotel within 2 hours of stopping for the night because of the price and the past reviews. The hotel is in the perfect location beside I75, very clean and quiet. The pressure in the shower was fantastic? The girl at the front desk recommended Dino's restaurant, which is almost beside the hotel and offered hotel guest 10% off (there were other restaurants on the list too) and she was right. The food and service were amazing. The hotel is scheduled for a major renovation in 2022, but I could hardly tell it needs one, it's in great condition.

We were on the first floor, which I requested, however the ceilings are thin and we could hear the folks upstairs walking around late into the night. Also, the TV is in a very bad location, up very high over a closet unit, but it would not prevent me from staying again, I would just get a room on the top floor instead.
