Hilton Garden Inn Overland Park

The room was nice. We had a double queen room. It was clean and comfortable. There were some flaws like the shower curtain rod was broken and there was an office chair in the room that needed to be thrown away.

For the price of the room I would expect a free continental breakfast. We were hugely disappointed to find that breakfast was almost $12 for fake eggs and sausage, not even a menu to order from or nice buffet for that price. We ended up going to a restaurant and getting a better selection for less money.

The location was considered to be the safest, and we felt safe. I was most impressed with your front desk ladies, they were extremely professional, courteous, polite, and welcoming, they made you feel safe and at home. Because of the service they extended, I eill become a repeat customer.

The staff was very nice. The location was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee in our room. One of our favorite hotels by far.

There was nothing that we did not like about our stay. Will be booking again in the future.

Staff was very nice. We needed a late checkout because spouse got sick and they were very helpful.

The automatic front doors weren't working so had to pull apart by hand which was not the most convenient.

breakfast is no longer included in the room and the pool hot tub area was constantly packed. many people in the rather small facility made it LOUD!!

The hotel was nice and a good value, the beds were a little on the firm side for us but that's all personal preference. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The heater in the bedroom was loud so sleep was at a minimum that night.

There was rust seen around the doorway of the bathroom and the last occupant left a beer in the refrigerator that was never taken out..

The room smelled awful every time we walked in. Don't know exactly what the smell was, but was not good.
