Clean room - Breakfast good

Wheb we checked in the front desk person didn't say a word to us. She gave us our keys and didn't welcome us at all. Went to room tried to use the keys, they didn't work. Back downstairs; she gave us new keys and again didn't say a word to us. Got into the room and there were NO towels or wash cloths. Back downstairs she gave my wife towels and wash cloths; again didn't say word one! If I were the owner and this happened to me I would be firing someone or someone(s). The room was neat and clean and very acceptable. Service stunk!!!!

The receptionist was EXCEPTIONAL!! I arrived later than I expected, I asked your most gracious receptionist if there was a muffin or something in the breakfast area as I could not eat fast food that late. She came back with an apple and orange for me to eat!!! NO acid reflux for me!! She was awesome!!

There was hair on the side of the tub when I went to take a shower…. Then I found more on my wash rag. I’m white gray and they were black.

Friendly, helpful staff. Well stocked breakfast buffet, with fairly good variety, including a few hot items. Room was comfortable, with several nice amenities.

Ventilation fan in bathroom wasn't working. The mirror light in the bathroom wasn't bright enough to apply makeup. Fair amount of noise in the mornings from numerous trucks departing a truckstop two doors down thr road.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds, breakfast was available and so were vending machines, the on site ATM was appreciated. We didn't get around to using the pool or the on site guest washing facilities, but we did see families with young kids especially enjoy that feature. It was a great and comfortable stay. Plus two adjacent fast food restaurants was very convenient.

The original room that we were checked into was not cleaned and we had to switch rooms, which was handled immediately and with much apologies.

A small exercise would have been a nice bonus. Adult channels would be a nice bonus.

They seem to be taking the extra effort making it safe from Covid. Staff both day and night are very helpful and friendly.

I’m pretty picky about water pressure in the shower because I have long hair. I wasn’t to thrilled with the shower head but again just one thing I’m picky about.

Comfy beds & pillows, good location as it was close to the University we were dropping our son off to. Breakfast good, my son loved the waffle maker.

The lady that checked us in was not very friendly or helpful. 3 adults staying in a room & we only had 2 towels

Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Convenient to my daughters camp

Not the hotels fault, but there were kids running up and down the hallways and the stairs and slamming doors and stomping until midnight. Called the front desk and complained but it didn’t help.

The room was spacious enough for my family and I (5 people) the beds were so soft and smelled clean. The body mirror was a lovely addition to the room. Everything was modern & up to date. The pool and hot tub were both relaxing and appreciated. My family & I really enjoyed the stay.

The breakfast buffet set up was amazing. The bacon was delicious and crispy. The coffee was hot & bold, perfect for an early start of day. The cereal options & fruit available were good. However, the sausage gravy for the biscuits was very runny, bland, & soupy. I was looking forward to the biscuits & gravy. And unfortunately it was my ONLY disappointment. The stay was very exceptional overall.

Everything was great.

The lady staff at Night Shift on Friday checkin was rude. I waited 30mins due to card problems because she was outside smoking weed. You can just smell it on her. Other staff like cleaning people and day shift guy were awesome.
