Great location, had everything I needed less than 10 minutes away. The rooms are a decent size, the rates are good, mini fridge and microwave work great and customer service was good.
The wi-fi was terrible, continuously disconnecting, I ended up just using my own personal hotspot. My only other complaint is the dryer in the guest laundry room.

great place to stop for the night, easy access off of Hwy 83, tons of room to park a 5th wheel trailer if you are heading south for the winter or home after a stay in the south. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The rooms were large and comfortable, and other than the breakfast (see below) we had no complaints. They seemed to be very customer-oriented.
The "Hot Breakfast" advertised was non-existent due to Covid-19. This was the most expensive hotel stay during our week-long vacation, and I was willing to pay extra for the Free Hot Breakfast advertised on my receipt and on their outdoor billboard. However, all they offered us was some small cardboard-like, store-bought cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I complained to the manager, and at least they were nice enough to put together two To-Go bags with yogurt, a granola bar, banana, and apple which was more than adequate. I applaud them for this, as they seem to be very customer-oriented.

I did like the location...it is next door to a good Mexican restaurant and right off the major highways. They were excellent in accommodating my mistake of booking on the wrong day so I wasn't charged extra.
I would have to say attention to detail with cleanliness would b appreciated. I found a stain on my pillowcase, hair in the sink, the coffee maker had some kind of dried film in the place where you put the water, and the sheets had some kind of crusty-ness on them.
