Best Western North Edge Inn

Huge room with kitchen. Loved having a freezer for our water bottles which we use in our cooler. Beds were comfortable. Towels were soft and clean. Couldn’t get the TV to come on. The actual owner, Brent Cunningham, came by and got it fixed. Just a loose plug. But what a great guy! You can tell he has real pride in his properties. Anytime we pass through Dodge City, this will be our stop for the night!

Wi-Fi was in and out. Had to reconnect over and over.

The young lady that works afternoon and evening was the best. GM is very invested in his business. Takes time to speak to everyone. Been a long time since I’ve seen that.

Overpriced! Price went up from the initial booking price. Young lady that works mornings was rather rude on day one.

The breakfast was great. Coffee fresh all day!

There were no utensils, cooking equipment in our kitchenette. May wanna disclaim that on room description. Had we known, wouldn't have rented that style room. Scheduled to check out at 11 but at 9:30a, housekeeping was opening our door after knocking to find us still in room otherwise, no complaints.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the size of the rooms. I felt like it was a safe place to stay. I also enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided.

I was enjoying the pool when a women came with 11 children, she said she was a daycare provider and that the kids were all related. They did not have swimsuits they just jumped in the pool. More people kept showing up with kids, none of them came from the Best Western Inn. They all seemed to know one another. That was very frustrating as I stayed there because I wanted to enjoy the pool.

The room was very large, clean, and the beds very comfortable.

Ceiling fan in the room was on a low setting and we are too short to reach the string to change so it was a little stuffy

From the moment we entered we were treated like family. The room was extremely clean and quiet. Lovely greetings every time they saw us, with a big smile. We were on the road for the entire month, and this was the only hotel that had a complementary HOT breakfast. Everyone else is only offering grab and go, due to Covid19. Which is not good for me as I have celiac disease. So needless to say I was excited. I highly recommend this location. You won't regret it!!!

There was nothing I didn't like

The rooms were very large, with even a kitchenette. It was told it was originally built as an extended stay property, and the rooms reflect it. The rooms were very quiet and clean, with good beds. The breakfast had a great variety of selactions.

The thin walls

Coffee machine was good. Outdoor pool was wonderful! There was a kitchen with full size fridge and a hit plate but not one utensil or pan to use with it. That was bad! Couldn’t use it!

See above. You need to supply a kitchen with the basics. Otherwise it’s completely pointless

location, staff was very nice

on the sign it said “ the quietest” as you approached the hotel, however it was the nosiest, you could someone else TV thru the walls, fortunately they turned their TV off at 10am and the AC just churned all night long !!
