We have been staying there for years, since they opened. Breakfast was good, rooms clean, everything worked in the room. Are out side and inside were real clean and taken care of

Personal was not the greatest, most of the time no one was at the front desk, most of the employs would spend most of there time outside smoking. Kitchen help was great, fixing greakfast etc. Would stay there again, and would tell others to stat there also. I do realize that the help situation is critical for getting good help and keeping good help, ,, but i believe that most things are as good as they can be for getting and keeping employes. I retired with Marriott International , so I am very familiar with all the aspects of the Hotel

We booked a mobility accessible room. It was very spacious, which was ideal for my wife to maneuver around in her wheelchair. The bathroom had a roll-in shower with shower chair and raised toilet. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were very pleased to be able to have a hot breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon, toast and pancakes, which all tasted good! The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was easy to get to. We will definitely be staying again!

The hotel was very clean

The pool looked a little dirty and the people that stayed next to us were super loud. And the view from our room seemed like it was something from like law and order svu or something. It was an ally with a dumpster and there were people dumpster diving. Our curtains stayed close the whole time.

The bed was very hard. Room was nice but could use some updates, especially for the price. Curtains were worn out to where you could see light through some spots. Mattress was a little thin and very hard.

Great location! We were in town for a concert and it was a short walk to the venue.

Breakfast was cold. Bed was pretty hard. I prefer a softer mattress. I wasn’t a fan of the tiny pillows. I wish I would’ve brought my own.

There was nothing that I disliked. It was a well taken care of Hotel. It was so nice and Beautiful, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I could stay at this Hotel everywhere. It was a smaller Hotel but it was the Best. Bravo to the staff and owners. If I stay in Ottumwa again it will be here. Than-you for a very great night

It was all good

Option to get a cot bc all 3 of my kids couldn’t fit on the bed so made a bed under table, fridge was falling apart, door keys kept being inactivated every day had to get them turned back on, pool floor is hard on the feet as well as the hot tub floor is rough

Location for my event and cleanliness.

Room coffee wasnt resupplied by housekeeping, I had to go to desk to get some. Annual parade locked me in so I could not drive my car out to attend a scheduled meeting. Customers should have been warned to park elsewhere if they needed to get out.

This is my FAVORITE HOTEL in Ottumwa! Love the pool and hot tub that WORKS and is spacious. It is open until 11pm on weekends. Delicious Breakfast and Wonderful Staff. You will love staying here.

LOVED ALL OF IT

Location very easy to get to, parking easy to access, breakfast was hot and good selection of items. Staff was attentive and were refilling food and hot coffee. Hotel and room were very clean and it was quiet even with a good amount of people staying.
