Days Inn by Wyndham Evansdale Waterloo

The room was a great deal, especially with the breakfast provided. It was clean and comfortable. I was able to call ahead of time, knowing that I wouldn't be there before midnight, and the staff ensured that my room was still available.

I wish it had been mentioned that the in room fridge would be turned off. We didn't look at it until the morning after we'd placed food there the night before.

bed was very comfortable - room quite clean. would have given a higher rating but the giant light in the parking lot made the room too bright as we couldn’t make the drapes totally close. Left my purse in the restaurant and came back two hours later to find that Debbie at the front desk had made every effort to locate us. she was so helpful and kind. Thank you Debbie!

Location was fine. Offering was limited compared to other locations further east that we experienced.

Breakfast was sparse, even with the JD breakfast sandwiches. Competition hotels of other brands are back to providing a more comprehensive breakfast. While in Crawfordville, IN, we were required to pay for two nights to stay for just one. We chose to go to the competition who provided us with a very comfortable room and full hot breakfast for the cost of one night's stay.

The hotel was easy to get to. There's a McDonald's and an Arby's that you can walk through the parking lot to. Although the hotel was not the most updated, it was clean and well maintained. Definitely good for a one night stay.

The air freshener in the rooms was over powering. It was sitting on the air conditioner so we took it out.

Checked in on a Wednesday, when we left the room Thursday morning asked housekeeper to do our room. When we returned Thursday night, the trash was gone and we had clean towels, beds were not made. We asked Friday's housekeeper to clean and make the beds. Could not find her when we left the room so we put sign on the door that we were up. Returned that night, nothing was done in the room. Asked front desk why; said that they don't go in rooms with the do not disturb sign on the door, didn't even check the sign. The only day that the room was cleaned and beds were made was Saturday. Only three bath towels in a room that can accommodate four people!

The breakfast was good, I like the hours they serve breakfast, My grandson loved the waffles. The bed in our room was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

The bathroom was a bit small. The carpets needs updated. Could have been a little cleaner in our room. Musty smell in the hallway.

Efficient and friendly staff. Good breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffle maker, bread, bagels, apples, milk, juice, coffee, yogurt, cereal, more. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure for showers. McDonald's, Arby's and two convenience store/gas stations close by.

There is no elevator.

Breakfast could have been better. It wasn't bad but not great either. It was the same every day, maybe mix it up a bit for people who stay more than one night. Room was clean and comfortable and was priced great.

This hotel met our needs very well. We were in town for a family funeral. The bed (and pillows) were very comfortable and clean.

There were some noisy guests on the 2nd floor both nights. They were stomping around which made my dog want to bark. I couldn't let that happen and I was glad when they finally went to bed.

The pool was perfect for my children. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The only room for improvement was there wasn’t any breakfast items left and no restocking of them. The air conditioner made a clicking noise that would not stop so we couldn’t use it.
