Comfort Inn & Suites Warsaw near US-30

The fact that I'm gonna risk I broke down on the side of the road and I was gonna check in the true Hilton and service And the lady that was at the service counter was rabbit rude and was constantly on her cellphone non professional so I've seen confident confident from the door And I went to confident to stay on it and I was happy I did very good service very good staff and the amenities are great thank you so much

It was close to the business I had to attend to on Saturday.

Nothing. The only problem was a leak i the room above which softened the ceiling sheet rock in the bathroom, and was beginning to collapse. I just happened to be standing under it when a piece of dissolved sheet rock mud dropped on the back of my head, and shirt! Quite entertaining; reminded me of how much I hate plastering sheet rock!

The girl at the front desk was very nice because the hotel was on a frontage road she told me a different way to get back onto route 30 she gave me information on places to eat and when I checked out the lady was also very nice I would stay there again. The breakfast was great there was a plenty of food

Location and price Staff: Brooklyn behind the desk and Jessica the mngr. did an outstanding job with my reservation through “Booking” They straightened out a mess and were so kind and nice to me They went out of their way to make it right Also the other gentlemen was great and trying to fix the door key pad as it didn’t work and I couldn’t get into my room - so kind Your people are excellent - reward them and keep them - they have excellent customer service skills not found everywhere today Breakfast: There are lots of older and healthier people that come here - PLEASE at least have healthy individual boxes cereal And individual milk cartons for at least cereal in the am - al there is warm up stuff with high carbs Raisin Bran and Cheerios or any kind of individual box cereal would have been better than what was there (I understand how things have changed) but just saying I am allergic to yogurt so - coffee it was The value for what we paid was TERRIFIC! Thank you

Bigger waste basket and trash bags in the suites needed If the Windows would be washed it would have been nice to see out of them I not being critical but just trying g to make a suggestion if what people stay at a Hilton and or Marriott over Comfort Suites - the little things The BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT was the POOL It was bad - All covered in film and yuck - Nobody was in it - that was unacceptable You have a great place here - a great staff for sure Take care of the little things and especially the pool and you will “fill this place up”

Our suites both rooms were right next to eachother. Rooms were very big, spacious, clean, quite, had a full size kitchen, full bedroom, full bathroom, and full living room. Hotel employees were super nice and very friendly. Their free breakfast was excellent.

The food in the hotel lobby store pantry was a little over priced but the hotel front desk clerk warned me so it wasn't a big deal and hotel isn't to far from a gas station or grocery store. So not a big complaint even.

The breakfast was good. They did run out of bacon half an hour before the end of breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The hallways were not air conditioned and were much to warm.

Breakfast was excellent and well rounded. The entire staff was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. The other facilities like the pool, workout room and sauna were well kept.

Needed more orange juice at breakfast.

Everything is great and met my expectations.

Every room could have a kitchen. People like me who travel in business visits would not have Car and might be helpful I had a kitchen.

I like to thanks to all Staff specially Jessica who gave time and arranged not only cab service but prepared instruction for us in written in case we find any issue .

The staff was incredible. We actually arrived a day early and the manager on duty got us our room and it was perfect. The hotel was pet friendly and even our pup felt welcome and enjoyed her stay. Can’t say enough good things.
