Convenient location! It was a nice place for a couple of days!

The helper at the front desk on the day of checkout became frustrated because I asked for a receipt. I had a change in checkout day and because I went through a booking agency online said I had to get receipt through them. I accepted that without a problem, so I am not sure why the visible negativity. You may have had customers in the past who have not been happy or treated you rudely, but NO customer should have to witness this! Also, I think it may be a good idea to change this policy on receipts. I have never, not been able to receive a receipt, even with changes and I always book online!

My wife suffered a knee injury while on our RV vacation and was unable to use the RV. We stayed in motels on the way home for the accessible rooms. They were lifesavers.

Maybe having a transport wheelchair on hand. We used an office chair that had wheels that was in our room to get in and out of the room and the bathroom.

Room was clean and comfortable, as was the bed. Breakfast was adequate, though sausage would have been great, as well as assorted coffee creamers and choice of dark roast coffee.

I decided to extend my stay and was told, via front desk phone service, to do this through book.it.com, which did not go through, so I still had to take care of this once I was able to get someone to come to front desk. This was an inconvenience.

Good location for the purposes of my travel adventure. Starbucks nearby easy to access by vehicle. Olive Garden was only near by dine-in option for late night.

Accommodation on the third floor not near vehicle parking. Not many late night dinner offerings on Friday and Saturday nights.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had been driving a little over 6 hours, not including the 3 hours for construction and accidents (not saying anything negative on those, as it happens), we were exhausted. Our room was PERFECT! Top floor, and last room at the end of the hallway. Again perfect!! We visit friends that live here and will definetely be back now!!! I honestly cant say enough about the great staff also!!!

It was technically within walking distance of Henderson Beach, maybe 10 to 12 minute walk. The landscape at the hotel was very "tropical" which gave it nice curb appeal. It is directly next door to Fudpuckers with a connected walkway for ease of access. They also offered hot breakfast that the kids loved.

The road to cross to go the the beach was extremely busy if walking, but there is a cross walk. The beach can not be seen from the hotel.

The old adage don’t judge a book by it’s cover applies. The outside could really use some work, but when you walk in and see the lobby that all goes away.

A lot of the amenities were older than expected.

The breakfast bar was great and the service was friendly. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The indoor pool was closed while I was there, that would have been a nice bonus if it had been open.

Location good. Beds were comfortable.

Staff a bit picky about towels. Clerk came in stated pool closes at 9:45. Although sign says 10. She then proceeds to turn lights out at pool leaving my party to walk around pool in dark to get out. That is dangerous and rude. At checkout, no one at desk for over 10 minutes. Kept dialing 0 on phone but no response. Had to leave cards and go to an appt in Indy.

I liked the bed, the room , the pillows. The shower was nice. I always enjoys a place i dont have to be woreied about bed bugs or other pest. This place is so clean and comfy.

The neighbors were loud and annoying slamming doors and talking so loud. Not normally the case here. Typically a higher class of folks here. The night i stayed i was not fortunate to have normal neighbors
