Best Western Luxbury Inn Fort Wayne

The day we left the front desk.lady went above and beyond. My Mom is 85 and disabled so we missed breakfast by 10 min. This lady offered to make us what we wanted as she had not started clean up yet.

We got the disabled room. The toilet is a standard low toilet not high rise and it was loose. The beds are to high for a disabled person!! If my Mom were alone she could not of gotten in bed. The people across from us had The Devil's Spawn for a child. Screaming until after 10 pm. Beating on the door, opening and slamming the door. If we hadn't been so tired we would of left.

This location was amazing. So easy and quick access to the highway. There were several restaurants close by, even walking distance. The hot breakfast was great. So many options for every taste. Juices, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurts, pastries, waffles , potatoes etc. I especially enjoyed the "hot" coffee. The breakfast staff made sure that everything was constantly being attended to. Well done.

The staff was so accommodating to us when they found out my brother was on life support at Luthern Hospital near by. It became a day by day situation and DAWN went above and beyond to make our stay here as hassle free as possible. The late night staff (I called him THE BIG GUY) was even around to lend a sympathetic ear when I was up crying and could not sleep. We almost became like a little family for a while we were there so long.

There was an issue with billing/our credit card a couple times. But it did not cause a problem with our stay.

I liked the size of the room, it was much cleaner then most hotels in that price range, the front desk staff was really nice and helpful.

I lost water pressure in the shower right in the middle of my shower and tge water quit running for a few min then came back on this happened couple times during my shower. When we told them about it, they said they would look into it and then it stopped doing it.

The staff there is always amazing! We got caught in an Arctic blast and had to stay two extra days. They handled it well, no problem at all! Great stay for dogs too!

We do like their breakfast, I just wish they used real eggs instead of powdered.

Convenient location! Very clean, and staff members were very courteous. My only complaint was some of the guests during breakfast. However, this has nothing to do with the facility itself. Shower was AMAZING, best part of my room. Also, Jerry was super informative and kind. Will stay again in the near future.

The breakfast was good but the area where the food is, is too cramped. And the nice lady working the breakfast area could use some help. The lady from the front desk helped her which I thought was so nice.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was clean, comfortable and the front desk people were so nice and helpful.

Their breakfast bar. The food on that table was above par. Plus there were the vegetarian alternatives that my wife likes. Especially the scrambled eggs!

Is the coffee in our bedroom. Also our bed wasn't made.

The staff was incredible, so nice, interested in us and why we were staying. Very accommodating and kind from beginning to end. Breakfast was the best part and it was included!

The bed and pillows weren't great but I've slept on worse!

the full breakfast was amazing! front desk team were great and made the check in process super easy! they have a spot to play horse shoes outside, a little pond, grill, and picnic type area. quiet yet close to restaurants and shopping.
