Red Roof Inn St Louis - Troy, IL

The room/bathroom was very clean. It’s a pet friendly hotel so we were able to have our dogs with us and there wasn’t an extra charge for them. The staff was very friendly and accommodating by giving us a late checkout since we didn’t arrive until 2am. We’ve stayed at this property a few times in the past since it’s the halfway point to our destination and we’ll definitely continue to go back.

The only possible improvement could be that they might want to have creamer available in the breakfast area. Everything else was great.

Our was clean and modern. beds were comfortable. staff was nice. good location.

Our in room coffee maker didn’t work. We told staff but was not offered a replacement. We were told that there was coffee in the lobby 24/7. However, when we went to the lobby for coffee the pots were empty on several occasions.

Breakfast okay with Covid restrictions, no hot food. Good friendly staff, tried very hard to be helpful. Room was clean and everything except the heating system worked very well

Heating system had a problem, the heat would not shut off at the thermostat setting, even though it was set at 62 degrees the room temperate got up into the 80's. We just turned off the heat overnight. The staff said they would have it checked.

The breakfast selection was fine, but I couldn't get the Raisin Bran to come out of the dispenser. The location was perfect for my needs on this trip.

The Raisin Bran dispenser could have been better as I mentioned above. The shower itself worked very well but the shower curtain drooped on both sides.

Need to do a little painting and I have stayed in several rooms there and they need to check the toilet seats about all of them are loose as can be and the housekeeper needs to mop a little better in the corners and around the nightstands

It was near restaurants and right off the interstate. The bed was very comfortable. The person at the front desk was very nice. My pet was welcome to stay without extra charges.

The bed cover was very stained and the room looked like it could use a thorough cleaning.

The staff who checked us in was very polite and helpful. Was easy to book room. Beds were comfortable. Clean room and hot water for shower. Really appreciate the fact that Red Roof is pet friendly!! Would definitely stay here again and will look for other Red Roof Hotels when I travel. Thank you so much!

Excellent stay for a budget option. Incredibly clean room, very spacious (room for a huge dog bed, if you have one), nice breakfast. Side entry doors require a key card and actually function - felt very safe! Overall, for the price, a fantastic deal.

Best night of sleep I've had my whole trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. Front desk staff was excellent and over all very clean.

It was far beyond my expectations especially for a red roof. The door jam to the bathroom was pretty dirty but it was not some place people would normally see. Perhaps just overlooked. Very close to the highway so it was a bit loud as well

The floors were wood which was great with a dog. It was comfortable and larger than expected. For the price and convenience it's a great deal!

If I'm being bit picky it seemed like they were doing updates so there were a ton of work trucks in the parking lot taking up space but it wasn't a big deal. Should be even better after the updates are done.
