Best Western Clearlake Plaza

The location was what we were looking for. Right outside the city and just a few minutes from our destination. The room was clean, with plenty of room, and quiet. Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was very friendly.

Would have liked to have a patio outside the pool area so we could sit outside and watch the kids swim but enjoy the weather outside at the same time. Also, the smell in the elevator was not pleasant so maybe an air freshener or something light in there would help smooth things out. I also could not get the treadmill to work in the exercise room so I was a little bummed since it was a bit warm outside but all good.

Nate was AMAZING as we were early for check-in. He was Profesional and was all you could ask for. The room was as CLEAN as ANY in our travels. The bed was comfortable and the heat was on point because of the spectacular wind chill that was going on...-35! I met the proprietors when we checked out. They were as friendly as this whole stay was AWESOME!!!! If I could give a higher score than EXCELLENT I would!!!

The location was great as it was easily visible and near the interstate. Thankful for breakfast being provided while still keeping price reasonable. The pool was an added bonus for getting some exercise after sitting in car for several hours.

The only thing that would have been helpful to me personally would've been some hot breakfast choices that were not spicy or greasy. But I do have a pretty sensitive stomach and there were other choices.

Breakfast was really well done! And the staff was so attentive and accommodating. We felt welcome and left fully satisfied for hours. There was a great mix of hot and cool offerings, and everything was very tasty. I'll mark this property for future visits to Springfield.

It was so blasted hot out, unusual for mid June. But the moment we hit the doors it was cool, welcoming and peaceful inside. We really had no complaints.

it was close to where we needed to be for a reunion in an outlying town. super simple to get there and back for us who are very nervous travelers

only thing I didn’t like was other peoples rude kids running around up and down halls being loud and making a mess in hallway. but that’s not the hotel’s fault

Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Pool was clean and fun.

No towels in the pool area and the heater in the room was noisy.

Didnt eat the Breakfast, so couldnt say. Other guests appeared to like it. I ate out.

Exceptionally clean and accommodating. For a 3 Star hotel, I'd call it near perfect, except room air was dry and I had to bring a humidifier.

Potatoes were a bit undercooked, but the friendly staff made up for it! Room and beds were comfortable and clean...everything we expect at a Best Western!

Can't really think of anything, other than getting our breakfast from the front desk was "different"... All in all, our hopes and expectations were met, which is why we were excited to find a Best Western where we wanted to be. Whenever we travel, Best Western is our first and BEST choice!

Breakfast definitely above average. Good fresh, tasty, and plentiful. Excellent swimming pool and exercise room. Great location with ready access to historical Lincoln sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, definitely a 10.

Weather was a bit hot and humid, but not their fault. The room AC did its job.

The room was clean and up to standard. Everything worked. The staff was friendly, as usual! The breakfast is decent for staying there.

Didn't have any problems.
