Hampton Inn & Suites Mt. Prospect

Staff was nice, room was clean, location is GREAT.

Breakfast was not great but tolerable. I opted for a bagel and coffee because it’s not hard to mess up, not a fan of the eggs and bacon. Not the property itself. But. They did have an issue with the air conditioning on one of the hottest weeks of the summer so that was not great. However, they did the best they could and were very upfront, honest, and compassionate. I felt bad for the employees because it was just hot everywhere. Rob the GM was very friendly and super apologetic. I know it wasn’t his fault and they had techs come out as soon as they could to resolve the issue as fast as they could.

The lobby was very clean and the staff was very friendly. At check in they upgraded us to a larger room. The room was very clean. I am in a wheelchair and I got an accessible room. This is the first hotel that I have stayed at that was actually accessible for me. My wheelchair for thru the entire room including the bathroom. The beds where not too high making it easy for me to get in and out of the bed.

Property was in a great location and clean. During these times with Covid-19 we felt every safeguard was in place for us to enjoy the facility.

There is nothing I can add here. However, I want to say on each visit ALL THE STAFF from the front desk to hospitality staff they are amazing. As a business, please recognize that your “human resources” are the most impactful, influential, and beneficial resources you can have. I can’t sing the praises of the staff enough.

The accommodations were good. The complimentary breakfast was for the most part excelle

No closets. No Clothes hangers either! Microwave was not working while we were there. It was reported as not working, but no reaction was taken to replace it either.

Clean, good location. Ready to walk to mall, restaurants and activities.

- Would have loved flavored creamer with my coffee and bacon or sausage with Mondays breakfast. - We ran out of toilet paper and some supplies. - Some fan-like moose constantly runs so it's kind of loud in the room.

Jacob at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay! We are so grateful for him! The hotel was in a great location and was clean and quite.

breakfast was delicious but i wish they changed the options every few days. The same things over again were boring. Also they didn't do housekeeping services daily even though i requested them.

The only complaint would be the TV in our room didn't work very well. I alerted the front desk and they did send someone to fix the issue.

My Husband, kids and I stay at this hotel this past weekend and realized that we left something at the hotel. I reached out to them and they found it and offered to ship it back to me. I have to pay shipping but it will be cheaper than if I went out and bought a new one. And since they had my card on file I didn’t have to dig through my purse to find my wallet and give them my info.

It doesn’t have the greatest view but makes up for it by the connivence of being close to things to do.

Beautiful property surrounded by businesses that could meet all your needs. The check-in clerk was so helpful. He even looked up the closest ice cream shop, without my asking him to.

They could have updated their webpage. This hotel was built in the middle of a shopping center that had closed. There was parking everywhere, but if you wanted to use hotel secure parking, you have to pay $8.50 a night.

the first room we were put in, the heat wasn’t working, red light on thermostat and room at 64, however they quickly switched us to a different room! breakfast was less than good.
