Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham of Morris

We liked everything from the very reasonable, small, one time fee for our dog, who was treated very well by everyone. The hotel is very cozy & clean. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds, a huge (probably 50 inch) smart TV, The room was very clean, & spacious. Most importantly, unlike many other places, the bathroom sink is located IN the bathroom, nor outside the door. The bathroom is nice & big. The shower is really nice, great water pressure, hot water never ran out on us. Great price & great stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

We have no complaints at all. But since I have to write a few sentences...The complimentary continental breakfast would be even better if it included something gluten free. For example, maybe instead of Frosted Flakes cereal, they could have Corn Flakes. Because if you want to turn those into Frosted Flakes, just add some sugar. This is really not a complaint, or a big deal though. We just bought some gluten free cereal for my wife.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Key car would not work and had to be reprogrammed multiple times. Tried to request one extra night but hotel was booked due to the 4th of July holiday. Not their fault.

Silence, clean, friendly staff, quick food deliveries. WIFI was top notch and quick

The bed was rough with no cushioning. The pool is right infront of the check in desk which makes it unappealing

I always stay here when we come to visit where I grew up to see my mother. It's comfortable and in a good location as well.

The desk lobby was being updated, pool was dry, toilet seat in the room was peeling paint and loose.

The people working the counter,both checking in and out were very nice and pleasant to talk with.

In room 317 toilet was loose it rocked on floor. The mini fridge was froze up, it needed defrosted, it wasn't working. The tv remote only worked on volume and channel select.I wasn't aware of a breakfast till I did this review.

Fresh coffee and water pressure

They said they would get us an iron but must have forgotten because we had to track it down with someone else the next day. The hot tube was dirty. We had to clean it ourselves before use. Couldn't find the light above hot tub.

The spa tub was great and relaxing.

No breakfast at All. Not even “to go” muffins or granola bars. They should definitely give a discount for that since It’s advertised. The bed was sinking and needs to be replaced for sure. Very loud on the 1st Floor. Slamming doors people walking by, housekeeping rolling their very squeaky cart early in the morning. I wouldn’t returned without a discount.
