Quality Inn Monee I-57

I loved that the room felt cozy and welcoming. The ax worked very well and the beds were super comfy. Staff were pretty cool and kind. Enjoyed that the beds were super cozy and allowed us to sleep like we were at home.

The mini fudge did not work. The remote to the tv did not work either a the buttons on the tv barely worked. There was also a few holes in the bathtub walls and the mirrors around the room. I also wish we had more soap.

This was a great place to stay overnight after a long drive. The location was near the highway and within a reasonable distance from Chicago. The staff was friendly. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I would be happy to stay there again. The breakfast was very basic, yet sufficient. A bonus: there was a fantastic family-owned Mexican restaurant right across the street from the hotel, Gracie's Burritos, and they served the finest Mexican food in memory.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They easily fulfilled all my requests with a smile, for extra towels, toilet tissues, new/fresh key cards, holy bible, etc. The stay was pleasant.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but I met a person there who ended up not being who they said they were. The only reason I didn't feel safe after this was because of that experience. But I checked out of the hotel safely, having parted ways with the person. Thank God.

The location was near my family home.

At 1:30am I was waken up put of my sleep.. By someone pushing at my door. It scared me. So I couldn't get back to sleep right away. I asked for a late check out. House keeping came to door at 10:00am. Then again at 11:00am. They came back at 11:40am. When I was leaving the the room. The female house keeper, asked me if was done. With a very condescending tone. I didn't respond to her. I just walked away. I was upset. Because I had stayed in the hotel two other times. The last time was two weeks ago. In fact they gave me the same room. So I'm not sure what the issue was.

The breakfast was decent. Had a few options to choose from can't complain have seen way less options in other locations near here. The pool was nice and fun for the kids. The rooms were pretty clean. They were pretty considerate that I had children so they put us on the first floor.

The pool didn't feel too heated it was pretty cold.

Night staff was great. They upgraded our room due to us having to wait while they were cleaning the pool. Room was really nice and clean. For the first time in a while I had a room with premium channels with HD.

Long wait even though we were accommodated for it. Staff/hotel has not reached out as of yet for our checkout conformation.

Rooms are spatious and clean, breakfast has a good variety to choose from, and the staff is the nicest I’ve ever came across. Always there to help, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was more than good.

Front desk staff "PILE/PLYE" was very nice and accommodating

Little to no amenities. Room was "manageable clean" but definitely needs more of a deep cleaning of crevices. Good for very short stay 1-2nights

Everyone who worked there was very friendly. They called to confirm our reservation before we got there. I told them our bathroom smelled like cigarettes and he took care of the problem!

The bed was obviously old & squeaky, but still slept well on it!

Easy check in. Friendly staff . Overall great for the price .

Room had a broken refrigerator and had a bad smell due to this . The front desk promptly changed our room which was nice. Disappointed that the pool was closed . Limited breakfast bar .
