Comfort Suites Lombard/Addison

Came here on the afternoon and the front desk didnt treat us well. She was rude. Didn’t even greet when we came, didn’t even say thank you. Gave us keys to the room but it didn’t work. Called the front desk while I was in 3rd floor and she didn’t even say sorry and just said “you need to go to the front desk” that’s all not even a sorry. When I went downstairs to tell her that the key didn’t work, she said “did you go to the right room?” Are you kidding me ? I’ve been traveling to so many states and stay in so many hotels! After i said yes I did went to the right room. she just said “oh really” ????? What the hell is that answer ??

That complimentary breakfast is amazing! I never had omelets, bacon, sausage patties at a hotel before. Very impressive. Usually it's just dry packaged muffins and the waffle mix machine. Also the front desk gal was very nice. Gabriella :)

The construction happening on the 3rd floor. Thankfully they were working afternoon, but since my event didn't take place till after 3pm, I was still in my room. That's the only time I heard it.

The room amenities, indoor pool, and breakfast made the stay at this hotel a good value. It will be nice if they go back to serving hot breakfast option like sausage, eggs, etc. But the breakfast options provided were okay. The room was comfortable, but did have a weird moist like odor. The hallways were clean and had no bad smells. Staff was friendly. As long as the hotel's condition doesn't decline any further, I would stay here again.

The hotel is showing signs of wear. However, I've seen worse in other locations. The pool area windows need cleaning and sanitizing. The toilets were short. It feel like I was going on a preschool potty. (LOL) Hopefully, the hotel can see their way to sprucing things up(i.e. shower wall) before it gets too far gone.

WOULD LIKE A WARM BREAKFAST

The place exceeded my expectations for the room. It was a Saturday and I had not made a reservation for the night so last minute I got a room with a King size bed and a pull out sofa bed. The room was really nice and we were pleased. The pool was by appt in 1 hr blocks due to local covid restrictions. I would Recommend the local restaurants on Main St a mile from the room , Gianorio's Italian is Amazing! Bumper to Burger a little was further was an Awesome Burger.

I was kind of surprised by the breakfast it was the low light of the place. When you travel alot like we do the breakfast can be a quick easy grab in the morning on site. Your better off walking next store to McDonald's here. Other than that I don't have anything bad to say. I know it sounds kind of chincy to complain about but it's a convenience thing, especially when your on the go.

It was a little hidden from the noise and rush off the city

The small food selection at breakfast, no fresh fruit. The water pressure in the shower, we bathe with a little splash of water. Also the rooms were freshly paint and the faucet in the bathroom was all mess up with dry paint and the room door.

Great spacious rooms with lots of light. Being on a major road helps a lot. Guest laundry is downstairs (runs on quarters, so bring your own as sometimes reception understandably runs out) Hotel has indoor heated pool and gym, great for kids. Great helpful staff as well. Staying here again for sure

Internet was a bit slow but manageable. Works fine on the phone but a bit slow for business applications.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was simple, The lady doing breakfast was sweet and nice. staff in morning and evening were very nice. Room was clean, room smelled freash.

Just. Need better pillows .

It was really refreshing, I was able to get some rest. Everything was close, like the mall. The room was comfortable and clean…. Felt like home. Staff was there when needed.

I got family in that area and this will be the place I will stay every time I visit because everything was to my satisfaction and the breakfast 5 stars

Really nothing everyone and everything was pleasant
