Everything was near by mall and Everything, perfect location, the hotel staff professional friendly and very helpful I had some issues with my room and right away gat another one with no problem or down time ,breakfast good options very delicious and clean place the price awesome the room really good and comfortable very colorful and modern love the kitchenette I would go again and let's not leave behind the beautiful pool and gym even the elevator are nice and every day the hotel smell so clean and awesome

No hotel is perfect but this one is a keeper especially when staff is nice friendly and helpful, I felt good and relax so no complains

Breakfast was good the first morning. The lady had everything full and clean. The second day we went down, there was nothing available to eat, no bowels set out. People were using mugs to eat oatmeal. The fridge was even empty. The lady serving had her belly out.

The stiffness of the bed. The first night I was unable to slee due to how hard the bed was. The second night I tossed and turned as well.

This was the cleanest most pleasant place I have ever stayed. The staff was amazing. We went as a large group for my daughters Navy Recruit Graduation. The lobby was like home. The breakfast was great! We were able to bring our 2 small dogs. The whole trip was amazing and this stay at well taken care of hotel made it beyond any thing I expected!

I have nothing negative to say.

Everything was great.The staff was super friendly And i really appreciated it because we had a difficult check in (on our part). The room was fairly clean , TV was very nice 😍 & Being that we have a newborn the kitchen was the most important part to me and it was up to par. Two thumbs up. Breakfast was decent , not bad at all as well.

The only minor things were 1. Our toilet was clogged the first night there but was taken care of immediately. 2. We found multiple pieces of long hair in the bed 😕 and lastly they pre charged our card almost $300 for reasonable purposes. But the extra money is said to go back on our card if everything checks out when we actually check out. Other than that it was an absolute great stay.

All good, Breakfast is good. Fresh omlet, expected more varieties but good. Clean and very neat. Latest tv, connect your netflix accont, moveable working table, couch, view, moveable screen to not disturb other who sleep while watching tv. calm stay

All the amenities in the King Studio were great, like a home away from home. Very comfortable and clean.

Had to go to 3rd or 1st floor for ice, machine was out of order on the 2nd floor. But there was an apologetic letter on the machine and notice that the 2nd floor ice machine would be fixed soon. It wasn't that bad overall since my room was close to the ice machine and elevator so making the trip up one floor was not horrendous. It wouldn't deter me from coming back though, not at all.

Good choice of items for breakfast. The gym had great equipment and was comfortable. the facility was very clean. The full size refrigerator was great along with extra dishes/pots/pans to prep food.

Could not get the temp just right--was either freezing or had to turn the air off. Air works great though! A few more coffee pods for the rooms were needed. Needed more pillows on the beds (2 each bed)

Breakfast was fine. WE usually eat light so had lots of fruit and oatmeal options. Eggs were premade so slight negative.

Front desk was not always manned. Also screwed up our checkin. Are reservation was for 2 nights but they only checked us in for one night. We were able to get the 2nd night in same room though.

Excellent rooms, very clean, spacious and a lot of amenities. Excellent beds!! The lobby coffee was very good. The patio access very comfortable and everything was so VERY clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was really looking forward to using the pool but was closed due to heater not working.

New, clean, friendly staff and better than typical breakfast. Loved the room darkening shades. most let light in, this one did not.

Hot water pressure on the 4th floor was weak. No room cleaning during 4 night stay. I get it that staffing is a challenge.
