When we arrived (Friday evening 10/22) there weren't any carts available to take our things to the room. The gentleman (manager; sorry I didn't get his name) was very polite, helped us look for a cart (without any luck), but helped us carry our luggage to our room (on the 3rd floor). We saw him again this morning (Sunday 10/24) when we checked out. He was again, very polite, cheerful, and offered to help us with our luggage again (we were ok and didn't have to take him up on his offer). Thank you for the outstanding customer service!! It was so nice to be welcomed when we came in as well as a pleasant send off.

Breakfast was delicious but was almost gone at 9:30 on Saturday.

I've stayed at this motel many times since I have family right there in Fulton. It has been completely renovated since my last stay which I was very impressed with. The staff was great & the breakfasts wonderful.

We (my daughter & I) were disappointed that the hot tub was down (needing a part) because we were looking forward to that. They also need another luggage cart as I had to end up carrying everything out to our vehicle when we left. My daughter is handicapped & unable to help. However the staff was very apologetic & said they do have more carts ordered.

Great Location for us since we had family to the east and west of the motel. Manager is a good guy. always there and he’s very friendly.

nothing really. had a slight problem with the door locking which the manager and I fixed. the TV was going out and was a dark LCD. it needs replaced.

The breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient for the activities were attending. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The staff were very friendly including the cleaning staff.

very clean , remodeled, hot water and pressure in the shower, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, no complaints at all

nothing except they didn’t have Grit Tv channel, I like my old western movies

I liked that the decor was more up to date then a lot of hotels these days. Bed was pretty comfortable.

When I got off the elevator the hallway smelled like sewer or a dead mouse or something. My room did not at all

Very clean environment. Everyone very friendly. The pool was great. Will definitely stay here again. 

We traveled to Fulton IL for my sister's funeral. It was a brief but very comfortable stay in the AmerInn. Our room was exceptionally nice! Thank you

The breakfast was good. Very quiet area.

The bathroom fan did not work. Loud walkers above us (we were on the 2nd floor)

The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. The room was huge and comfy; very clean. Great tv options and very good free wifi. Quiet area but close to a dollar store and a coffee shop.
