La Quinta by Wyndham St. Louis Westport

Breakfast was well stocked, great variety, prompt refilling of food during meal time. The beds were clean and comfortable, the air units worked, it was quiet enough for the babies to sleep. Microwaves and fridges in the room were an amazing surprise!! Bonus, we didn't have to pay extra to use them!!! They also accommodated us with 2 rooms close together to fit our family of 9. Parking for our family bus? "Wherever" - just how we like it. Late check-in, past midnight. No problem. I looked high and low for an Airbnb throughout the states of MO and KY to fit our needs, but they were ridiculously priced. There was no way we were going to fulfill a chore list either. Just for one night!! We saved so much time and money coming to this hotel. I hope Airbnb hosts take note!

This is the reason I didn't give a full star rating. The whole building looks like it needs some love. Stains, broken vanities, worn out caulking. With the price we paid, fine location, the service we received, and the ready made full breakfast in the morning we were ok with the old building. They would have to charge a lot more to repair all the upkeep needed.

It has all I'm looking for as a pet courier:lovely staff, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, free shuttle to the airport, good choice for breakfast, pets admitted. I'll come back!

Nothing so far

The staff was super helpful and respectful. The rooms were a nice and a fair size. The double bed room's beds were super comfy. Rooms were clean.

The elevator near the lobby was broken so had to foot it to opposite end of the hall or use the stairs. Not the biggest deal, but still a little off. Bed in king room was a stiff box spring that wasn't the most comfy for me .personally. If you like a firm mattress it probsbly.would.be fine. No ventilation in the bathroom. Other quests were having an argument in the patio area at 2 AM - nearly 3 AM we could.hear on the 3rd floor. None of these were major issues by themselves, but just little areas that could stand to be improved. As far as the other gueat part. I really wish the staff had asked them.to chill.or.leave much sooner.

We have stayed here 3 or 4 other times, most of what we do or friends we visit are outside the St Louis downtown area. Stay at this LaQuinta, it's easy to get to, they are back to having breakfast again, and the staff is very friendly.

The lights in our room 233 were wired weird. If you put the switch on by the door it turned on the lights by the TV and business center and over the coffee pot. But all we wanted was the lights in the bedroom not over the coffee pot, but you couldn't turn that one off without turning all the other ones off. It didn't make a lot of sense, so we had to use the lights on either side of the bed, but made it hard for the person trying to sleep.. otherwise everything else was just fine.

I really like it everything, he is was too good the people at the reception checked me in in 2 minutes very nice everyone made me feel at home next year I will go there again the breakfast was the best please no never change it and I felt very comfortable they only saw two details that I did not like

The hotel smelled a bit of marijuana and we were knocked on the door at dawn by some young people who were running all over the hotel, horrible that was the only thing

Charles was excellent as well as the rest of the front desk employees.

Had to switch rooms due to storm damage to some of the electrical system, satellite & WiFi (at no responsibility to the hotel) but our new room wasn’t cleaned very well at all. The night front desk employee offered to switch us to another room but i refused just for one night left; I just wanted him to be aware that the mess was not left by us.

It was good

Breakfast was good. The staff was always very positive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and went very smooth. Parking was very close and gave us easy access to our room.

We ran out of toilet paper and had to go get a spare roll. The room had a strong smell of bleach which is hard on my asthma. The bathroom was in need of repairs.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and front desk clerk was very personable. Parking was good.

The only real complaint is a lack of outlets or charging stations between the beds. There was one outlet with one plug, and it was so loose in the wall that our charger wouldn't stay plugged in. The room was very nice otherwise, so e didn't think this issue was worth mentioning.

They let me check in 2 hours early, 2 night staff members Charles and Shawn went above and beyond when I had an issue with my room. Bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast

Not close to downtown, elevator was dirty, carpets had some stains and needed vacuumed in corners. My tv in my room didn't work, front staff was great and tried fixing, switching remotes and cable boxes. They ended up comping me and getting me another room! That was very helpful.
