Quality Inn & Suites Caseyville - St. Louis

We really liked the breakfast and the fast food places that were close by were of excellent quality. We were undisturbed our entire trip and the beds and shower were wonderful!

We had no room service during our 4 day stay. We ran out of toilet paper and towels very early on. The one time that we did get room service, she barged in without invitation on our second to last day then we never saw her again. Also there’s nothing to do in Caseyville. The parks are very lackluster. Also the tv needs a guide.

I didn't have much time for breakfast, but I had juice, coffee, and a pastry that were good. The location was perfect, because I had to go to an event in the west end of Belleville on the morning that I checked out.

Didn't find any TV navigating instructions, and the remote did not have a Menu button. It was trial and error for me, and I never did figure out how to consistently find and keep the Guide.

Cold and working AC. Breakfast was decent with the waffle maker. Room had microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable.

Noisy at times. Sounded like people were stomping on the floor and had nothing better to do. Make sure you bring ear plugs.

I immediately noticed a nice smell as inwalkednin and through the hallways and floors were clean...Great room and space with a spa tub in my room and decently clean. Loved my stay and I will be back!!

Ice machine on upper floor would have been nice but still not a huge inconvenience.

Did not have breakfast. The bed/mattress were excellent as well as the great quality of the bedding.

I was told over the phone prior to booking that pets were allowed, when I arrived I saw the signs for no pets and was told no. Had to make other arrangements for my small dog I had along with me. In addition, while going to the parking lot, I heard at least two other dogs barking inside the hotel.

Cracker Barrel and a couple of fast food chains very close. was also a gas station so everything in one location. the room was very nice

The wi-fi didn’t work, which was unfortunate.

It was clean well located, Cracker Barrel across the street easy to get to Busch stadium. Quiet.

Other than the morning coffee in the room, it was a good nights sleep

My morning coffee...after I poured me a cup...stuff was floating in my cup like the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in eons...and it wasnt just mine, my son stayed the same night in a different room and his coffee was the same

I love this hotel because it's clean and up to date. Many restaurants are nearby, gas stations, and access to the highway.

I choose this as my regular get_a_way place because its conveniently located, great price, and quiet area.
