Super 8 by Wyndham Aurora/Naperville Area

The location, the hotel smelled really nice and the lobby gave a peaceful and tranquil vibe upon entering. the landscaping was beautiful. the rooms and windows was very clean.

My room’s window was facing a brick building/wall. There was ABSOLUTELY NO view!! The pool was out of order and had been for months I was later told by the attendant. Which, in fact was one of the reasons why I chose this property.. My family and friends were very disappointed :( However, the website stated otherwise..

The staff and the Front Desk personnel were very friendly and was pleasant to talk too. They helped us when we needed anything. It was very close to the main streets and close to shopping.

Our bathroom fan didn't seem to suck out the moisture when taking a shower. The carpet in our room looked like it should be replaced. It had stains on it and it looked like it needed to be cleaned. Overall, the room was descent. The morning breakfasts could be better also. Our first morning I had to bring it to the front desk that the milk was sour and should be replaced and the refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling at the proper temperature. The waffle maker had to be cleaned because there was no spray available to spray on the waffle maker and it burned the mix.

Great location while our daughter played in a volleyball tournament. Was six minutes from the facility. lots of food options nearby. This Super 8 had obviously renovated with new carpet, fresh paint and other things.

Not that we were expecting much, but the breakfast offered was mini bagels, toast and cereal. we passed on the breakfast and picked up at local food options. the facility is a bit dated, but the work on freshening up was noticeable.

the shower drain in one of the rooms was very slow to drain. Also, on the second day the key card to one of the rooms stopped working and wouldn’t unlock the door. A staff member came up and was able to open the door, but couldn’t make or provide a new keycard and said my daughters would have to enter and exit through the door of our adjoining rooms. Which was an inconvenience.

Hotel staff was great room was clean

Vending machines were empty no breakfast served and pool closed so room should have been discounted. Traveling I took a train and bus and getting back to the train station is almost impossible to get there on time no taxis available n didn't have money on a card for a Lyft just cash i almost missed my train. Without food delivery it's practically impossible to eat nothing within walking distance u have to walk half a mile from the closest bus stop to go anywhere n that's if a bus even runs

I like things simple, so easy check in, easy room access, cost effective, located near access roads to pretty much anywhere you need to go, plenty of options near by.

I was hoping to relax at the pool and hot tub at the end of the day but it was shutdown and wasn't updated on the website or booking app. *This could be a covid issue or policy the hotel may have in place. Im in no way mad or upset that it was shutdown. It was just a bummer because after a long day who wouldn't want to relax in a hot tub.*

The staff was very helpful and polite. We had a couple of issues in the bathroom and the front desk took care of them right away.

The breakfast that was served needs to have a better variety and they should provide a better selection of the coffee that's is served. Instant coffee doesn't taste good.

I never have breakfast, so can't rate it. The cost was very reasonable, good value for the money. Liked the ease of parking and the general appearance of the property.

I have nothing to say as my stay was just fine, met and actually exceeded my expectations.

The price and location very quite peaceful location

Mattress was hard, pool was closed bathroom was to small all the light were blown except ones by door and side of bed close to door

clean and effectively close to many aspects of the area as far as restaurants and shopping
