The breakfast was amazing and delicious. There was this amazing buffet wrangler with an arm tattoo that said "misunderstood." She kept that whole breakfast area moving, restocking food, utensils, drinks, offering smoothies, emptying trashes, bussing tables. She also had a friendly disposition. Customer service, awareness and efficiency are values I admire in the hospitality and she exhibited all of those.

I was really disappointed that there wasn't an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.

Our family of 6 fit into their largest room, which provided a great value. Well appointed room, comfortable bedding, and very clean. The hotel’s breakfast had something for everyone, coffee available all day and very early mornings, and the water bottle dispenser saved us a lot of room and money, while giving us an eco friendly option reuse our containers rather than throw them away. The hotel also had bikes for our use. We were short a couple of bikes and thought we would have to rent, but the free use was a great option.

The lobby gets a little loud because it is so comfortable to use and many guests come and go.

Breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful and I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the whole property.

I don't like the use of plastic utensils and juice cups. Throwing all of that stuff away each morning felt very wasteful and bad for the environment. An ATM machine would also be useful.

The location is great and the amenities are top-notch.

Some of the key-activated locks were broken which was frustrating when trying to get in other doors besides the front. It’s also extremely expensive in the summertime.

The room was nice. Good bathroom and large closet space. The pool and hot tub were large and very nice. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel was near many eating establishments that were NOT closed.

We had people above us that had children running around and jumping off beds late at night. Couldn't get any answer at the front desk. The hot tub should have an age limit. Most places do and it should be enforced. Went down one evening to relax and parents allowed their young children to use it as a kiddie pool!

The staff was absolutely amazing the room was so clean everything was super quiet the pool was perfect size they do free breakfast which was amazing breakfast and they also do a evening thing between 5 and 7 where there's free drinks and food.

The room was very nice. The pool and jacuzzi were also excellent. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The staff were helpful.

Late at night, there were people above us being very inconsiderate. Sounded like children out of control jumping off beds and running around the room. Tried calling down to the front desk and nobody answered. They were understanding the next morning, but it was too late then. The jacuzzi was nice, but there should be an age limit posted and enforced. Went down one night and parents were allowing it to be used as a kiddie pool!

i loved the staff they were great. it had a good breakfast plenty of parking. Indoor pool on site store.

price was high for this time of year and bed was really uncomfortable for the price they should get better beds.

Amazing value. Pool had water features for the kids. Hot tub was huge so many people could enjoy it and relax. Room was very comfortable and homey. I would highly recommend this motel to others.

Some teenagers were goofing off and rough housing around the pool while I had little ones swimming. Made me uncomfortable. Should have been staff there to keep things in order.
