I liked the location of the hotel and the adult pool, I like the welcome crew. I like the modernist of the lobby and rooms. I stayed in a Jr Suite and it was very spacious and loved the microwave and fridge in there
I didn’t like that my room was right next to the elevator, made it very loud and late nights and early mornings. I didn’t like that there was not valet parking.

I enjoyed my room, the bed was super comfortable! the layout of the room and the esthetic was modern and comfortable. Nice pool, there is a walkway behind the pool that leads you to the lagoon and beach .. about a 5 min walk
I stayed there for 4 nights and the only time house keeping came was to ask what time I was leaving. I was told I would get a call when my room was ready, no one called me. When I took initiative to call myself then told me that my room was available for the last hour. I wish I would of knew that instead of waiting around in my airport clothes.

The adults pool and gym were our highlights. Very beautiful facilities and great staff. We also appreciated being on the 17th floor as there was a lovely view.
Due to covid, housekeeping didn't clean our rooms which was unfortunate, but understandable. The towels used were also shedding a lot of white fluff.

The pool area in my view did not represent the photos on the website. The Sheraton which is a massive building looks straight onto it quite imposingly! Also it does not get any afternoon sun and was so windy!

Such a slick looking hotel, the lobby is immaculate and love the surf board montage behind the check in desk. A purified water filter was a really nice touch! Reasonable self parking rates compared to other hotels. The room was very large and comfortable for three people.
The washroom was only separated by a shutter so it didn’t filter noise if you wanted privacy in the bathroom. It wasn’t ideal for friends travelling together, but for a couple or family I’m sure it would be fine. The pool was also still under construction, but we probably wouldn’t have used it much anyways. Beautiful beaches nearby.

Great: location, hotel amenities, really nice pool. Good: restaurant (pricey, but really good food), cleanliness of the rooms, really nice shower. Overall, I really enjoy the room, the views are nice, the bedroom is really comfortable.
Not the hotel's fault, but I think the noise insulation can be better improved. We heard people on the other room when they are quite loud/laughing. And the room above was dropping/moving furniture around at night? Heard that too. Overall, I have stayed in hotel with better insulation, but maybe we just got unlucky with the other guests.
