- Location was fantastic. we had no issue with road noise as the bedrooms were away from the streets - The place feels newly (but cheaply) renovated. everything feels modern - Lots of space to roam

- furnishing was sparse and felt like a college dorm room - the main gate sometimes did not lock. alarm went off several times - window was very thin. it did not feel safe for my toddler to lean against as she looked out of the window

Convenient to most attractions. Well kept and tastefully decorated. Felt safe. Response from Sonder re: Chat questions was timely.

Absolutely no parking for loading and unloading baggage, groceries, etc. Had to haul all that a block and a half, which took 2-3 trips. Loud noise from surrounding bars and restaurants, particularly the night of 3/11, made it impossible to get to sleep until they shut down around 2:30 a.m.

The property was in the main shopping street in Savannah - great location, easy to walk to restaurants, the river and many parks. Thee bed was big and comfortable. The furnishings were lovely and the unit had all the amenities needed. There was a little bit of noise from late night revellers but the property had a white noise machine and ear plugs (which were not needed) just in case.

The tv was a little weird - no local channels. More of a monitor you can Chromecast through.

The location was excellent.

Only 1 bathroom had clean towels under the sink to provide additional towels for a week. One of the showers did not drain properly. You need to know that the front door to access the property was never locked and we never used the code to get in. We used codes for the elevator and room and they worked fine

The place has an excellent location, good size of bedrooms, bathrooms on each bedroom, nice kitchen, good lighting and AC. The customer service on the phone was professional and useful. Parking available.

The floors were not clean, linen from prior client found in the living area and trash in a bag in the kitchen.

The apartment was secure and lovely. We were right down town and it was the perfect spot for our trip. The unit had everything we could need and we were so appreciative of that.

The building we were in was clearly older and remodeled. The windows are in need of repair. We were on the 3rd floor with little kids and they loved looking out but it seemed like the glass wasn’t fully secure in some areas due to the he of the windows.

Room was very nice and clean. Had everything needed, very spacious. Modern and upscale. Right in downtown.

No parking, had to walk blocks with our bags. Floors and walls were thin but you are provided with a sound machine and ear plugs if needed.

The location was AMAZING and in Savannah, location is everything! The accommodations were so nice-clean, fresh, updated and spacious. Staying here really kicked our trip up a notch!

The parking app didn't work-that was an issue. We paid twice as much as we thought we'd have to...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Noise really wasn't an issue. I slept like a baby.

For the price it was good. The staff answering the phone were good at quickly responding to the difficulties we had with our stay.

The noise from WITHIN the building from other apartments was annoying. A couple thought that they were supposed to be checking in while we were still there.
