Fairfield Inn & Suites Savannah I-95 South

I enjoyed the fresh hard-boiled eggs in the morning. I could have selected the scrambled eggs, but the hard boiled ones were nicer. The coffee was ready, hot and delicious. Selections of three creamers, as well as 2% mild were above and beyond! On my second day I had 1 hard boiled egg, yogurt, and a bowl of oatmeal. The oatmeal was fresh and it was good. I like to put raisins and brown sugar on my oatmeal. At this Fairfield Inn I had the rare treat of being able to put dried cranberries on the oatmeal. I arrived, and the room smelled bad, but I had travelled for about 18 hours before I hit the pillow, so I went to sleep, saying that I would speak with the manager the next day.

When I arrived I had been traveling for a long time, and I was very tired. I fell into bed, and was asleep in a minute or two. The room did not smell good. I mentioned this to the manager the following morning I spoke with the manager, and she (1) apologized, and (2) had the room cleaned while I was away. When I returned late in the afternoon the room was fresh as a daisy. Very clean. I wasn't done adequately upon arrival, but this manager made sure it was perfect for my next night. Polite. Attentive. Efficient. Friendly. Customer service was perfect!

I would have rather that you wouldn’t offer breakfast than to receive what you offered. I know it’s COVID related but VERY disappointing. I picked a Marriott hotel because you offered breakfast. I’m on a low-carb diet and you had no protein for me.

Staff was very friendly and accomadating,(especially front desk staff), very nice breakfast, and Room was pleasingly Cozy and for most part, quiet of outside noises. :)

The lobby needs some updating. There was a very rank odor down hall the first day upon arrival which was short lived

The location is close to dining options and airport. I found the property was beautifully maintained and the staff to be very professional and friendly. The front desk manager, Matt, was extremely professional, friendly and courteous to everyone that entered. Absolutely one of the property’s best assets.

The comfort of the beds, the size of the room and cleanliness of the room. The hotel smelled clean in all areas and no musky smells in the room.

No USB spots for charging electronics.

Went to be near hospital for a 7:00 a.m. check-in. I thought I had booked on line, but their front desk had no record of my reservation. Fortunately they had one room available. It appears from this email survey that my booking did get processed, but Fairfield didn't know it. I hope I don't get charged for a no-show! I never got anyconfirmation email and will contest the charge if I did.

My online booking was not on file at the office. I had not received a confirmation email, so I hope I"m not charged twice!

Coffee is perfect, Tammi and the entire staff love their jobs. Crazy clean hotel and probably the best access to and from I-95 I've seen. Crackel Barrel on one side, IHOP on the other...... Walmart down the road. And the shuttle can be scheduled to pick you up and take you downtown to the historic district. Linda and myself will be back👍Did I say awesome hotel!

The breakfast was great! The location was easy to get in and out of, several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was so sweet and helpful!

The location was fabulous. A great eatery (Houlihan's) right next door! Gas station/convenience store on the corner.
