Comfort Suites Forsyth near I-75

Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and the area was really clean and quiet being near the lobby.

I have no complaints about any part of my stay. The property did show little signs of age outside and minor spots inside but overall the property was clean and I didn't encounter any mechanical or inconveniences during my stay.

I work for the State of GA and my ADP forgot to approve my trip and the front desk staff Samantha and Matt (I think that was his name is the manger) when I say they both told me not to worry they would handle it. They did because i was freaking out. they both deserve raises.

There was nothing to dislike.

The stays are always great.

This particular time we experienced bugs (baby roaches in the bath room, and one of the customers parked in handicapped parking without their credentials where I had mine and there wasn't another space for me).

Staff was very very friendly other than the kitchen help in the morning. She was rather impatient. My teenage girls were making waffles and there was no spray so obviously the waffle stuck to the pan and she took so long cleaning it they ended up not getting any breakfast because they were waiting for making pancakes.

The morning of July 24, 2021 the man at the front desk was not friendly at all, almost rude The shower was not easy to shut off and there were some bugs freeloading in the room The owner must be a cheapskate because there were no towels in the pool area, we were told to bring our room towels to the pool and they would dry them if needed, this is ridiculous.

The bed was really comfortable. The comforter and pillows were wonderful. Very clean room. Not sure if it was because I was by myself, but have stayed twice and both times I've had an end room, beyond large. Loved location. Take back road to all restaurants.

It could use a fresh coat of paint in the room. Other than that, I cant think of anything.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was quiet. We stopped after driving 16 hours and were all exhausted. The front desk lady was quick, polite, and friendly. The breakfast the next morning offered a good range of options that made my family of 5 quite happy!

The parking lot could be expanded a little, as we took the last spot and there weren't many to begin with. The comforter/sheets were washed but had quite a few stains on them.

The new employee was very cooperative and offered to correct the problem. Hospitality crew was awesome!!!! The lobby and outside was clean and comfortable.

My room wasnt clean. The down comforter on both bed had black spots. I did get another one for one bed. I used a personal blanket for the other one. The bathroom had hair in the tub, and the floor wasn't vacummed. I spoke with the houskeeping manager and she was very nice. I just cleaned the room myself so I could be comfortable. I live out of state but I'm from Forsyth. Whenever I go home, I try to stay at Comfort Suites and everything was always wonderful. I hope that this won't happen again and I plan to give Comfort Suites another try because I know a new employee was working on the floor.

breakfast great--just what was needed location perfect for me shopping/restaurants nearby tv channels choices were awesome for news, etc I felt secure in the room customer service was A+

black mold in the shower, TP holder barley hanging on by a drywall screw, maybe finish the remodel? so much left undone
