Holiday Inn Express Atlanta W (I-20) Douglasville, an IHG Hotel

fairly clean. tub was really clean but some areas of the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. AC was hard to regulate. it was too warm or too cold but that’s minor. overall, it was a good stay. i like that they checked for garbage and dirty towels daily. nice fitness center open 24 hrs. breakfast is good. i really appreciate the warm cinnamon rolls and hot pancakes made on-the-spot. Location is great and within walking distance of wal-mart, dollar tree, laundromat, and restaurants.

i hate that you no longer offer full room cleaning but your prices haven’t decreased. the toilet frequently needed plunging.

I loved how the pool had lights and was warm I think it was heated everything was very clean check in was fast as well

Everything was great except for breakfast getting shut down a little early if it supposed to be operational until 10 then that’s what it should be other state in the website that breakfast shuts down 15-20mins before it’s scheduled time. & the breakfast attendant got an attitude and said “why are y’all asking for things so last minute” it should always be customers or guest come first especially if we’re paying

Check-in was quick and easy. My third floor room was very clean. Not a lot of noise at the location. got a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Convenient to Cracker Barrel, a walk across the street for dinner. Enough parking for four cars towing trailers on one side of the building.

Ice maker on the third floor was out of order, at least two of the automatic hand sanitizers did not work.

The breakfast could be better now that we are back to some since of normalcy. But I get it, the lady a the breakfast area was very nice and friendly!! The ones working the front desk not so much! There is a Guy that works there is this one guy who name I didn't get he is not friendly at all and his Customer Service skills is lacking. But I like the area close by everything even if you don't have a car!!! I would stay here again.

Some of the front desk workers are not friendly at all. Almost make you feel like you are bothering them! I called for some towels I had ask house keeping early that morning for some. Well I never received them. So that night when we came back from dinner I noticed they never brought any to my room. So I called down to the front desk spoke with a gentleman explained everything My next question was gonna be do I need to come at them. Well before I can get it out he said to me in a not so pleasant tone.. WELL You Gonna Have To Come Get Them We Are Busy And DON'T have Time for THAT!!! My mouth almost fell to the floor!!!! I never asked him to bring them to me my husband went and got them.i couldn't believe it!

Breakfast had a lot of options & delicious. As soon as something was running out staff was making another batch they were very attentive and friendly . Lobby always smells like fresh cleaning products

My room was missing the complimentary toiletries and the lotion was a half used bottle. But front desk gave me a new pack right away.

There was very little I could eat since I am gluten, dairy and egg free. They ran out of fruit since I was a little late getting up. The location was good. I liked the first floor. It was easier to use my rolling walker and not have to use the elevator.

Perhaps more rails in the bathroom next to the toilet and near the tub would help when a handicap room is unavailable. The room was very nice and clean. It was the best hotel I have stayed in since traveling the last two years. Very modern and up to date.

I love the fact that this place is up to date. Many times the cheaper venues on this platform are not updated; ie, no charging station for our phone, loud heating and air systems, mattresses which are sunken, low staff visibility. This place has all that and more!

My fridge In room 508 was howling. I had to unplug it. I heard doors slam until the early morning. Other than that, the stay is quite comfortable. I stay here often when I visit my mom who is very ill.

Convenience cleanliness space in room great parking good breakfast wonderful attitudes of other guests staff was great and accommodating safe easy in and out times.

Not having a inside pool. More covered seated areas outside for smokers.

Location was perfect for our convention weekend. Central to everything. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and good. Trayveon was very helpful and pleasant at check in.

I reached out through Booking to add an extra night, and I did not receive a response from the hotel.

The facility was so very nice and helpful. The lady behind the desk that night when we got there after a long day of traveling was so very nice and very understanding on how tired we were. We give her high ratings. I will recommend this place to people I know because of the facility and how clean the motel is.
