The breakfast was very good. I appreciated the variety offered. The room was clean. However, the smoke detector seemed to have been removed. The tub fixture was leaking fairly steadily (but was not noisy, just a stream of wasted water). I was surprised that the pool was not open in mid July. But the room was a great value and that was really what I was looking for.

I was really pleased for the price of the room but there were a few points listed above that surprised me (pool closed, stream of water from the tub faucet, and missing smoke detector. None of these items really impacted my particular stay.

BLUE Ridge was a good location for what we wanted to do. the hotel was close to downtown and route 76. it was a nice suite with a couch, table and stove. not that we used the stove but it was a nice option. the staff was helpful

the breakfast wasn't the best selection but covid has made that a problem at many places. the bugs in the room near the end of our week stay will keep us from staying there again even though it was otherwise a very nice suite.

We went out for breakfast....just wanted to try local fare. The rooms have been updated recently and did a nice job. TV was good ...always like bigger ! Beds seemed almost new and were very good. Colors of paint were a little bright but nice . The walls were a little thin but the weather was nice and we didn`t really run the AC. Having worked as a travelling construction worker I`ve stayed in every lousy motel all over the country and understand that most hotel/motels depend on the AC to drown out the noise from the adjoining rooms. I thought it was a very nice room for the price and will stay again.

Thin walls is the only thing I could say could be better. A paper TV guide would always be good to have.

It was close to the shops and restaurants. It was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. rooms very clean. Staff was accommodating. very reasonable price.

The pool was closed due to monkeypox, this was not the hotels fault. There was no Wi-Fi don’t know why but was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi during the whole visit. The lobby did not have any drinks like bottled water or soft drinks that you could buy.

The staff is friendly and inviting. The place is very close to many restaurants and shopping centers even at walking distance . The continental breakfast is nice, great coffee, pastries , fruit , cereal, and bottled juices on Sundays . Free ice from ice machine . Nice benches/chairs on the the corridor outside the room doors . Freesi WiFi .

The only thing I didn’t like is that they did not post that the pool was closed on the advertising. So the kids traveling with us were very disillusioned. We travelled on week of Aug. 13 2021 .

The staff and accommodations were great. The bed was a little softer than my preference. Extremely clean. Enjoyed our stay.

The bed was very soft and I prefer a firm matress. But this is just a matter of my preference. The linens were clean and staff was great.

I came to Blue Ridge GA to run in a 5k race. We were able to walk from the property to the start of the race, BBQ place for a meal and walked downtown to various shops and restaurants.

Not sure why the pool was not opened. It was hot enough. Shouldnt advertise that you have a pool and then not use it when the weather is suited for it.

Everything was just wonderful, we couldn't have asked for another thing to make it any better. The room was so comfortable, both temperature wise and sleeping, the water was hot for taking a pleasant shower, coffee in our room and in the office if we needed more, laundry facilities were clean and reasonable, it was just a great trip for us. Breakfast was included and it was pleanty to get you started on your day.

There are just two of us and a cabin didn’t make sense. Especially for one night. The room was clean, brightly colored and the bed was comfortable, and they have restarted breakfast. We had a great stay! Kind staff.

Entering the room, there was an overwhelming cleaning smell. I initially thought they were trying to cover up something. It wasn’t bleach, just SUPER strong. I was able to get used to it, but working in medicine, I know some people/kids with asthma or reactive air disorder cannot. Just a thought.

it was exceptionally clean!

We had a faulty hair dryer but didn’t realize it until we were already in the process of getting ready. I’m certain they would have made it right had I let them know immediately. We were rushing around to leave though so I just told them at checkout.
