Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Augusta-Washington Rd

Check-in staff was amazing - super nice, accommodating and easy to chat with. She was very friendly and the whole check-in process took like 2 mins, loved how their hotel front desk area has a pantry with food and snacks for sale - quite a good selection btw! Hotel lobby was warm, Starbucks was just a few mins away - right next to a few fast food options. Room was comfy, beds were just the right height, pillows were super nice, both hard & soft & everything worked well. TV was huge, good amount of channels, microwave and fridge came in handy & the room heated up pretty well. :) Bathroom was stocked with towels and shower pressure was great! Wish I didn’t have an early morning flight and was able to try the breakfast. Overall, a great stay!

The hotel was really pretty on the outside. Really close to restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the room clean clean and the room had what we needed for a one night stay. No noise. Staff were really friendly. No smell.

Inside the elevators could use some cleaning. There's built-up dirt in every corner. The bathroom was very spacious. However, there's old mildew around the sink faucet and inside the shower at the bottom. The water drains out of the sink extremely slow. Just need some deep cleaning in common areas and bathrooms and remove the mildewed caulking in the showers and it would be a 9/10 hotel.

Loved the facility and our room was exceedingly comfortable and the staff were very professional and warm. We tried a different lodging the next time we traveled to Augusta because it was a better rate for 3 nights but we will return to the Hampton Inn on our next visit to Augusta. We especially liked the lobby area which was spacious and we had several business meetings with a staff member there and it was so comfortable yet private during the day.

The young lady that checked me in was so amazing her customer service was beyond my expectations she went beyond to make sure my whole experience was amazing thank you for having her as a employee she will bring you great joy as she has me and my friends my best friend wedding was amazing and your hotel and employees was is a big part of this wonderful experience that my best friend had thank you thank you thank you thank you, you’re awesome the service was awesome I would recommend this location to everyone I understand why this hotel has 100% rating totally awesome everyone great job.

Great location and hotel.

Noise level on our first night. Had rowdy and loud kids playing in our hallway well past midnight, slamming doors, running and laughing loudly. We let the front desk know and they were very reassuring that they would send security right away, which they did. Once security officer showed up, he let the adults in the room next door know that the guests in the room in front of them were complaining about noise levels… it took about 1-2 more calls for those guests to stop making noise. Other than that first night, our stay was pleasant.

I loved how comfortable my bed was the room was very nice. The bathroom was so spacious and clean. The shower was amazing very spacious as well easy to use. The TV was a nice size. Everything was better than expected. Two thumbs up. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish the TV had more channels. I wish that the hotel wasn't so close to the highway you can definitely hear big mack trucks going by. And just the traffic itself going by I didn't like that. I wish they had room service. I would have loved to order food from the hotel and have it brought up to my room.

The first day we were there they were out of alot of things. The lady working the breakfast stated they didn't get delivered. There were not any bowls to eat cereal, oatmeal grits, etc. Second day was better, they were stocked and breakfast was good

The beds where comfortable, Mrs Hope she was extremely friendly and accommodating. She ask where pleased but we didn't feel the need to complain about all that at the time we where there for a furneral. So it wasn't for a pleasant visit. The breakfast was also good. The entrance was nice as well. For a one night we contended with it under the circumstances.

The wall paper was coming off the walls , the toilet paper was mounted behind the toilet. The shower floor just did look clean, so we used a face towel to step on in the shower. The door to our room was difficult to shut, you had to slam it really hard and we where right at elevator. The elevator was old and moved very slow to close as if it needed serving. On the ceiling there was black stuff. I guess condensation from the vent. That doesn't look very nice. We where told not to go to the gas station around there at night it wasn't safe. That was alarming because I thought we where at a good location. The young brunette at the customer service desk told us this herself when we where thinking to go and gas up before more . That was a bit alarming.

didn’t know they rented out the pool area for kids birthday parties , two birthday parties going on at the same time , people staying at the property couldn’t even use the pool , looked like I was at a pool in the hood or something , it was terrible .

Great location and nice facilities! Bedroom was comfortable, modern and clean. Really nice pool area and putting green outside. Continental breakfast was nice!

Hated the Malt belgium waffle mix! Both my son and I were excited for the breakfast and we had to throw our waffles away bc of the mix. Everything else was fine, but why change that?! Disgusting! Also, the back doors weren’t locked securely and K could walk in without a key.
