Let's just say that the best part of my stay at this establishment was the room besides a crying baby next door the room was so clean it smelled great it was perfect size like a studio apartment the pool was so awesome the staff was awesome this will be the choice of places to stay from now on.... The breakfast was awesome everything about this place was perfect we had left to go do the site seeing but I found myself wanting to stay in or come back to our room more than anything.... The gym is so nice but the staff and cleaning crew go over and beyond.... Thank you for making our stay like home....

I did not like the crying baby in the next room...

It was in a pretty accessible area to be in the dunwoody/sandy springs area. It was quiet and there were no issues with the room. I usually stay at springhill no matter where I travel as I feel that the accommodations always exceed expectations. They also were very accommodating to my arrival time as I came in very late as I was traveling from pretty far away.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like although reception did seem a little snappy but I chalk that up to it just being late and maybe they were just exhausted from the day.

friendly staff from the moment I walk inside. the night shift guy was just a friendly and helpful. the first room that was given to us the tv did not work at All and when we called the front desk he had someone up here with in 10-15 minutes and then he willingly changed out our room because they couldn’t fix the tv and since we had small children he wanted them to be able to watch tv! very professional and truly care about the residents

tv did not work in our first room. the second thing was that the entire carpet next to the air conditioning by the air conditioner was soak and went

Breakfast was fresh hot and variety of choices to choose. Kudos to Jolene and Alison at front desk - they both were spectacular and made the stay even more enjoyable- special thank you to Jolene from Houston - she’s top notch professional and should be recognized and promoted she’s so polite and knows how to interact with people

Dirty carpet in room that looked like throw up at check in but Jolene got concern resolved immediately no hesitation

Hotel lobby was sharp. Upon check in the gentleman and lady at the front desk were very nice. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Loved the walk in shower. My Family and I enjoyed the Breakfast. It was great! We only stayed one night to visit aquarium the next day so my Review is only based on one night stay.

First issue we came across was the pool was extremely cloudy and unusable. Our kids were disappointed. We notified front desk and the next day there was a sign Pool closed. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and offered us to add points to make up for the pool. We never did get thoes points on the App. Also, I recommend to post a warning for the sliding door to bathroom. It was not children friendly. Our son caught his finger on the door poor little guy it hurt. I almost did the same thing a couple of times due to the design. When sliding the door it was easy to catch your fingers between the handle and door way.

It was quiet, well lit, clean and the design of the room is fantastic. The breakfast options were really good and the location was pretty easy to find.

The WiFi for the TV didn't work, I had to go downstairs to log onto the WiFi and the maintenance guy left boxes out in front of his office, which was across from my room and garbage can in front of my room needed to be emptied, it was smelling.

THE FRONT DESK CLERK, LONDON WAS PHENOMENAL!!! SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS TAKEN BACK ON HOW PROFESSIONAL SHE WAS, DUE TO THE LACK OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOWADAYS. I WANTED TO GIVE HER A TIP ON MY CHECK OUT DAY, BUT SHE WASN'T THERE. WHEN WE COME BACK TO ATLANTA TO VISIT, I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT SPRINGHILL & SUITES, AND HOPEFULLY LONDON WILL BE THERE TO GREET US WITH HER PROFESSIONALISM AND HER SMILE. THANK YOU, LONDON!!

+ clean and nice looking rooms + comfortable beds + pool + good breakfast

- dryer in the guest laundry didn’t dry my laundry, after 3 cycles on high still damp ($6 for nothing) - elevators need more maintenance, made strange noises and swayed. The elevator inspection certificate expired on Oktober 2022, so almost a year.

The location was great, as it was near numerous restaurants and places to shop. i enjoyed the pool!

The restrooms off the lobby were not super clean. I would have preferred an ice machine on every floor. I could have used a larger refrigerator in the room and possibly another sink by the fridge. Also, one washer and dryer is not enough for a busy hotel.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were nice

The beds and living area was only separated by a false wall/ no privacy
