Clean a comfortable room. Working wifi. Hotel shuttle is unusable, use uber/lyft instead.

Very problematic if you travel from international terminal. You have to go to domestic terminal by airport shuttle and then by hotel shuttle to the hotel. This can take one hour. The same back. So take uber/lyft instead.

Comfortable and quite spacious

if you are traveling internationally, there is no direct shuttle from or to the hotel. You must take the airport shuttle first to go to domestic arrival/departures, then take the hotel one, which is not very convenient. Even though I liked the hotel, I would definitely look for another option next time.

Free shuttle to/from domestic terminal comes very handy and is efficient. Rooms are big, beds are confortable, nice shower with immediate hot water. WFi works well.

Noisy AC/heating equipments. Way to much plastic use in breakfast.

Convenient to airport and seemed to offer the best cost/ quality ratio based on my research.

As with all of the hotels if you arrive into the international terminal you have to transfer to the domestic terminal to get the shuttle bus, which after a long flight is tedious. Room was fine but looked a little tired in places. Breakfast staff were pleasant but it’s a small area and quite chaotic. Also, with so much emphasis today on the environment and sustainability, the amount of waste at breakfast is astonishing. Plastic plates, plastic cups for orange juice, coffee, plastic cutlery, just a sea of plastic, all thrown in trash bins by the food area. I don’t know why they cannot use normal cutlery and possibly reusable plastic cups, drink ware! it’s not rocket science!

This hotel exceeded my overall expectations. It was not dingy or dirty, or smelly or anything of the sort. It was great. Nicely decorated also. The room was very well maintained and smelled clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and was kind enough to walk with me a bit and show me how to get to the food spots. I only stayed here for one night during a layover, but I would most certainly return.

My only negative comment is that the WiFi did not work but I was only here for one night so it wasn’t a big deal. 10/10 would recommend

I loved the beautiful pictures and sayings on the wall. The staff was friendly as well. The pool was amazing. The room was great for our family the bathroom was huge bigger than most hotels I've stayed at. This was really a great place to lodge and it's close to the airport

I didn't like the fact that guest were allowed to smoke marijuana outside near the pool were kids were playing. We choose no smoking for a reason when I'm looking for places to stay for our family vacations.

It is a nice hotel if you stay for a day near airport, for the 3 star standard all was ok so far, bed super comfy, lots of restaurant options around the hotel and the staff is nice 👍

So much plastic at the breakfast , cups, plates, knifes , focks, spoons, everything plastic , please!!! Change this ! You know what problems we have with this !! And, if you check the airport shuttle, it only works if you have a domestic flight, they don’t shuttle to international terminal , yes, there is a shuttle between domestic and international terminal , but because soooo many people use it, it would have taken 1,5 hours to do the change at the arrival, so I took a taxi, back as well with a Uber as the Rezeption told me, it could take looong till shuttle from domestic to international, be warned 😉✌️

Breakfast was excellent. Great shuttle schedule. Loved the fact that they cleaned room on our 2nd day. The computer wasn't working according to front desk. I really needed access to one and had to resort my phone which wasn't very efficient.

The key card wouldn't work to get out the parking lot from one day to the next. We had to get it reprogrammed every day. The bed I slept on needed to be replaced. It Dunkin on my side. Had to place a pillow under my back There should be tongs for the ice bucket. Also suggest a small note pad and pen be placed in each room most hotels have that and it is not expensive. I needed to go get paper and a pen to take notes from a call

They offer complimentary shuttle to the airport but do not make it clear that it is only to the domestic terminal. We were informed by reception AND the driver that we go to the domestic terminal and drop off our checked bags and then take the airport shuttle to the international terminal ( with hand luggage only) This not the case and we were considerably inconvenienced have spent money to hire baggage carts and toured up and down the terminal to find the drop off. It does not exist so had to load all our bags onto the shuttle bus. The hotel staff must have know this but did not want to tell us that the free service to the airport does not include to the international It's misleading and spoiled what otherwise was a great hotel experience.

Proximity to airport; price. Have stayed at many LaQuints’s over the years, never disappointed.

I would suggest a shower floor mat of some sort. Is very slippery when wet and I put down a hand towel as I’m of the age that I don’t need to fall. Maybe a few strategically placed balance had bars , the suction type inside shower as well. For those with balance issues. ( me). Both of these would reduce potential for liability for the hotel. Just a thought. Both items could just be provided in room under sink for those needing them.
