The room was very spacious. My two year old had space to play. Our luggage wasn't a problem when it came to storage. Thumbs up on space. The location was excellent.

were renovating at the time of our stay. It wasn't noisy or anything. It was the obvious things like unpainted areas which made the place "appear" unkept. A staff member at the desk was very snobby when it came to needing more towels for a 2-day stay as if we shouldn't need anymore.

Location to where we needed to be the next day

The deadbolt lock gave us a little trouble so we had to block out door with the bathroom door as we were unsure if the door was truly locked. The next morning when leaving the deadbolt was really stuck and the door wouldn’t close. We were in room 317

Breakfast buffet for $10 extra was well worth it, nice variety and accommodating staff.

Room cleaning service was available with a 24 hour lead time. As I was there for a week, it would’ve been nice to have an every other day or every third day refresh on the room; without having to plan it out. I was always asking the desk for supplies.

Competitive rate and nice amenities with hospitality as it should be. The included REAL breakfast buffet style with a great cook doing omelets and even a beer bar in very nice modern lobby was excellent. This is how every hotel should operate. Great low price value with nice amenities will get me talking and recommending to others. This blows the competition away. I’ve stayed in several Hilton Gardens and the included self serve buffet style breakfast with many options was my favorite about this location.

Paris Hilton wasn’t there 😉. Everything was great when comparing to other similar priced hotels. Keep the price low and the amenities great and you will get repeat customers. Blow away your competition. I like the example of Chic-fil-A that almost always has many vehicles in parking lot wrapped around the building in drive-thru while the neighboring competition has only a few customers if any. There are very good reasons for that. Customer service and value has gone down the drain in United States, Hope Hilton Garden keeps setting a great example of how to treat customers.

Clean rooms big shower excellent location

The hotel was great the idiot people that complain on booking.com are the problem reviews had me nervous, until I arrived. I realize people on booking.com think they are travel bloggers so they feel like they should be pampered too are owed something. This hotel was great and I would stay again The price was a little steep but welcome to a nice area to feel comfortable.

The location was good as we were in town for birthday celebration. The young lady who checked us in was very sweet and she tried to be helpful with my room requests but housekeeping did not have any rooms clean on the same floor, so we were separated.

The 10$ for breakfast. The fact that housekeeping only had three rooms all on different floors was not good. We made it work

Everything was nice and clean. I did not get a chance to eat breakfast so I don’t know how that is. Perfect location. Staff was great and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

I don’t like how they only had the basic cable channels & the wifi was very weak. You had to purchase wifi for it be faster.

I like the staff. Very friendly and check in was quick and easy.

I didn't like that I payed $50 security deposit for 2 rooms and still have not received my refund nearly 3 wks later.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed and room were comfortable.

I got back to the hotel later in the evening and the only parking left was under trees. The next day my car was covered in bird poop. Also there were no vending machines and the snack options for purchase at the front desk were limited.

Our king room was large, clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and sitting chairs. Keurig, microwave and small fridge were handy.

We paid extra for breakfast because of our room rate, which is acceptable. Breakfast buffet was good, not exceptional. Had to sign up for Hilton Honors to get free WiFi.
